Walked into someone at the desk. Heard someone screaming “hello can I help you” behind me. Obviously the owner wanted to be acknowledged as such. Lady I booked with didn’t know how to do my nails. Nobody in the entire shop could do them. She tore my nails removing the tips she put on. Never got an apology nor a GOODBYE from the screaming lady. Be accountable for the errors like you wanted to be acknowledged when I walked in.Obviously never returning. You clearly can’t help me.

I hear great things about Mimi. Unfortunately, my friends birthday was this day and she was getting a pedicure by Mimi and I decided to go to Rosa. Big regret. My toenail polish was outside of my cuticle and just looked crazy. I said it to my friend as well out loud and I’m sure she heard it, but did not want to go back and redo. Also, my gel polish on my nails began to chip in less than 24 hours. I’ve never had this happen. Would recommend you knowing who you are getting serviced by.Services: Pedicure

I made an appointment a week in advance for a Wednesday at 12. I planned my work afternoon around the appointment so I could go during my lunch break. I got there on time. I walked in and I sat down. They told me they couldn’t start until 12:30 or later. I had to leave! I didn’t even get seen. I planned my afternoon around the appointment and they couldn’t be bothered to do the same. Awful service.

I randomly found this nail salon online. The shop is very nice, clean and quiet. My nail tech didn't speak English but everyone was friendly and I didn't wait long on a Saturday morning ( as a Walk-in). My nails are OK, but my nail tech definitely took his time and tried to give me the shape i asked for. I would definitely return but schedule an appointment with a different nail tech. My wax service was great and I saw her wash her hands prior to and after my service. They actually charge +$20 for gel polish but I didn't mind. I don't like to sit too long. I only rated 3 stars because the shape and paint job on my nails aren't as I requested, but you know how it is. You have to search for that ONE nail tech that has the skills your looking for. Again it's a SOLID nail salon and I will return soon.Services: Acrylic nails
