I want to take this opportunity to comment on my personal experience as an actual client of National Seating and Mobility (NSM) Branch #099. The service I received from NSM was a wonderful experience in a very difficult time. They worked with me in partnership with my physician to obtain the best quality service and the proper equipment to meet my needs. It's very important to work together as a team to get the best results for my personal care. During my wait for my customized wheelchair and home hospital bed, I developed friendships with the staff at branch 099 as a result of my process of receiving my equipment. It was estimated to take about three months to receive my chair, it came on point. My bed came sooner! The delivery workers were kind, patient and professional as well. My bed was set up efficiently and I was taught how to maneuver and care for my chair with care and patience. The key is to work as a team with NSM so together with them you can face challenges that may arise with insurance and your physician office. I'm so glad I was referred to NSM. I'm currently working together with them to receive a new equipment piece, I'm confident, as before they will work with me on receiving my equipment as soon as possible. Your end result and experience will determine the outcome when it comes to success of receiving your much needed equipment. Partnering with NSM can be a terrific experience as it was for me!

Bryant came out today to set wheelchair. I give Bryant 10 Stars !! He had to make a few adjustments at setup!! He is very professional and patient! He took a lot of time to make sure I knew how to operate chair and how to break down to put it i. my SUV ?

They went above and beyond the call of duty! They were friendly. I was stranded & they did everything they could to get me transportation. They were fast and efficient while fixing my chair!

I am so incredibly appreciative of Ray. He took care of me in a kind and compassionate way. He listened to me and was responsive when I needed specific adjustments to my wheelchair. He has been patient through a long, drawn-out process and continues to be involved with my care even when it is not convenient and I don’t take that lightly.

This place is alright but I’ve had my chair for two years and this thing is breaking down I called in and stated I needed maintenance on my chair and stated my foot plate came off and I still have it and then was what else I needed done I said I’m not sure but maintenance for sure I got some intertubes and tires I had to wait months for because Andy forgot to put the order when we talked about just to get them not be informed of there arrival and had to install them myself because the wait for a tech was two weeks I’m a 100% independent One of my intertubes popped again And on top of that I gotta take time from work to go pick up replacement parts and new parts every time. And the concept of the person that did your evaluation is the only person that can assist you is outrageous because I can’t have the time catch him or is he the only one that works there I can’t even switch companies because I have to wait 3 more years to get a new chair

My husband's name comes up, I don't know why, ,but I am,Cameron Hardison, writting the review. I have been dealing with this company, Joel Burkette-sales consultant, for 8 mos. They delivered my chair last month and it wasn't to spec. I didn't sign off on it and sent it back. No one has contacted me about the chair. My Physical Therapist and I have both texted and left phone messages and the sales consultant has not returned our calls or texts. I called the company to speak to the manager today and he was in a meeting . The CSR said she would leave a message for him and Joel that I called.

Hats off to Thomas that showed me in detail how to get the wheel chair back on properly and how to raise the safety bar on the bottom. Simple instructions that were not shown when purchased.

Having to deal with this company is like pulling teeth . Especially having JJ as the scheduled tech . Man shows up a half hour late only to not fix a damn thing . He’s lazy and was obviously in a rush since it was Friday and he was late . Downplayed my daughters clamp which secures her handle bar to her manual wheelchair. Didn’t even bother looking at it , claimed he needed the handlebar present when all he had to do was hand tighten the clamp lever and see that the lever doesn’t tighten/spins continuously. We had to go another two weeks with no handle bar for my daughters manual wheelchair . Finally a tech got scheduled AGAIN . Luckily a tech named Joe came out and fixed everything in one trip . Joe is legit/the opposite of JJ. Extremely frustrating when you actually rely on your kids to have the proper equipment they need let alone their only means of mobility and the first tech they send is full of it and disregards a quite simple fix. This could have been fixed the FIRST time/two weeks ago but laziness and overall lack of professionalism is why it didn’t

I can't imagine worse customer service. My wheelchair is broken, leaving me stranded. Their response: we don't have the parts and we don't have a loaner. Ask someone else. Un#$%*ing believable.

The 5 stars is for Thomas. He know is stuff. This guy is very professional he's the only reason I still get my chair service there. Today he fix my arm rest, wheels,the stick to move is straight now and foot pedal. He made it seem so easy Thanks Thomas for fixing Duka!!
