Really frustrating experience. Ordered online to get the 20% off sale as well as paid the extra for 2 hr delivery for two little things. Got a call within minutes that they wouldn't deliver it because they didn't have a driver and asked if they should just ship it. I had them cancel the order.
When they called they assured me that I would not be charged. Right now I have a charge from NAPA ONLINE for $53.10. So now I don't have the parts I wanted to put on this evening and am out $53.
The person on the phone did not show any sort of sympathy to the situation and I am glad I didn't trust them that the extra cost of expedited delivery would be removed because they charged the whole thing.
Do not offer 2hr delivery if you don't have a driver. It's 3pm during the work week - normal working hours - when a normal person would order something.

Friendly staff and lots of parts for your vehicle. Also have plenty of accessories. NAPA is always a good place to go when looking for car accessories.
