Ever feel to positive in your life? Need to knock your faith in humanity down a few pegs? Come to this Napa. They won't even acknowledge your existence, let alone help you with a question about anything. I will give them credit, though. It is very difficult to make it feel like there are fewer employees working than you see. Three employees at the counter some how feels like one that's in training.

This is the worst place of business. The service was terrible and always make sure you get a receipt from them or you will end up donating to the company without knowing it, because they will sell you a part but won't refund your money if you don't need it. I will never shop there ever again.

I went in to get a v-belt for my Husquvarna riding mower. A handsome young man at the desk found the belt I needed in the store. It fit perfectly after the one I ordered from Amazon didn't fit. It made my day.
