Super unprofessional. I called to make a simple inquiry about them towing in my neighborhood even though the street cleaning signage had been removed. My car didn't get towed personally, but as a concerned citizen.. I was simply trying to find out who I needed to contact regarding the signage being removed as I sometimes park there and did not want my car to be at risk of being towed at random since someone removed the sign. I saw with my own two eyes, the Mr. Tow truck carrying cars off the street but when I called and asked (very politely btw) who I would need to contact about the signage the guy on the phone was very nasty with me. So I hung up on him & he proceeded to send me a nasty text telling me I needed to “get my fax straight†& other things, before calling them again. Mind you, it was a very simple question I had asked and I have no idea why this l**** was so defensive but whatever lol. If you live near Roberts Rd. just be careful bc there WAS a street cleaning sign that indicated “No Parking†there on Thursdays. I'm sure we all know how predatory these companies can be. I also know this area is heavily populated with students & can totally relate to being broke & not needing the stress of coming up with hundreds of dollars to get your car back much less deal with someone being nasty with you when you call to inquire about it. These guys are super rude and unprofessional for no reason.

Never use this guy's services unless you want to prop up a crook. He would not relinquish my property he had only couple days and when I offered to pay the $600 he quoted, he still would not relinquish my property which was a snow shack she'd and expensive ice shaving and soft serve ice cream equipment along with everything else I needed to start my business . He put the shed in his lot and used it as an office and sold my things out of it . Since it doesn't have a title( because it's not a vehicle) I had a bill of sale to prove ownership) and he would not release it. The courts, the city of Richmond and Mr tow are all in cahoots, I've heard from other tow drivers they work together, so he cheated me out of $15,000. Stay away from this dirt bag scum rotten to the core crook

That name again is Mr. Tow! The guy who came to help me the day my car went to car heaven was none other than Mr. Tow, well, the owner. His appreciation for The Simpsons aside, I appreciated that he not only went out of his way to help me when it probably wasn't convenient (a last minute call for the next day), but was also on time and patient as I removed the last of my belongings from the car. He gave me cash on the spot for my car (with the catalytic converter intact) and he even quipped, 'That name again is Mr. Tow!'. The office is staffed with sweet folks who put up with my panicked calls. They pay a fair price for cars. I felt very good about the experience!

They charged me $1000 to tow out of the salt flat. On the phone they quoted $600-$1000 for 1 mile off the road. The car turned out to be only a quarter-mile off the road and they charged $1000 anyway.
