“Josh and Jesus worked hard and were pleasant and communicative through the whole process! My sofa was not able to be moved into my new property, but it was not due to any lack of effort on their part.
Pricing was straightforward. With processing fees it was only about 10 dollars total over the cost of their 2 hour minimum and truck fee. I appreciate knowing what I'm gonna spend for something. Was given a window of arrival between 11 and 4. Got a call a bit after 1pm and they were on site by 2pm. Things flowed efficiently.”

“Tony did an excellent job of scheduling, and prepping us for what we needed to do. Three movers showed up on time as scheduled (Mr. Lemons, KJ, and a third that was brand new). They did a great job telling me when the furniture was at risk in the move and letting me know up front so I could make an informed decision on how to handle the situation.
Was just a 5 mile move, but they made us feel like it was cross country with their care.”

“The My Guys team was fantastic in our local RVA move. Great communication and coordination early on, Ray did a detailed on site survey and inspection that informed our affordable estimate. Joe was flexible and responsive in scheduling the move to meet our timeline. Purcell led the moving team of awesome and careful gentlemen, Anthony, Tyrone, and Brad. They hustled for nine hours on one of the hottest days of the year, taking good care of fragile items and freshly painted walls. These are my go-to guys.”

From the beginning stages of setting up the rental process, the folks at AAAA Self Storage & Moving were incredibly friendly & helpful. They made us feel very comfortable leaving our items there, knowing our stuff would be in safe hands.
The business has great hours, several access points, and carts to make transporting items easy, plus it is close to the heart of Richmond.
We used AAAA's space for 2 years, and hope to work with them again.

It is extremely hard to move aging family members from their long time residences; both emotionally and physically challenging. Louis Coleman as the Move team lead ran a very smooth operation with a great team of helpers (Patrick Whitaker, Andre Evins, Evan Brown, Jayante Meredith, Omar Brown and Remy Mungin) and took great care with my parents' belongings. The Pack and unpack team of Tina Taylor, Phyllis Spencer, Lynda Ellis and Ryan Holder were superb.

The work was done properly and on time, thank you Kim!”
“I would recommend upack relocation cube. The process is pretty automated and easy to use. My cubes arrived on time and the service representative were accommodating to my scheduling needs. I moved from the west coast to the east coast and the process was a breeze. I would recommend ordering 2 cubes if you arent sure how many you need because if you don't use it they don't charge you for it.
The only problem I had was 1 of my cubes was old and rustic making it hard to close.”
“For line haul, this is RIC. Dispatch will send you a message on where to place the trailers during the week. Any relays should go at the other end of the dock from where you enter. Leave sets with the same terminal hooked. The office is in the middle of the dock and can be reached by a ramp. Bathrooms are across from the office, down a short flight of stairs. During the weekend, RIC freight goes in the doors. There is fuel and a scale here.”
