“This is our 3rd time purchasing a home and we've had the best experience with Michael Casasnovas. It was our 2nd time to use the VA loan and the previous loan officer that we worked with didn't pre-approve us for the amount that we were hoping for. Michael gave us the time to know the specifics of our situation and was able to find other ways to make it work. In the end, we got approved for double what the other loan officer pre-approved us for and we were able to purchase another home with 0 down using the VA loan.
The previous loan officer only asked us about the basics and it didn't feel individualized. We were the ones that kept following up and trying to explain things. Michael, on the other hand, was the total opposite. He was very informative and responsive. I was able to call/text him anytime to give me a ballpark on how much our mortgage would be, interest rates, etc.. I could say he has tons of experience in his field just based on how he'd advise us on things.
We've never given a review on a loan officer but we've been so impressed with Michael that he deserves all the stars he can get!”

“Veterans..... don't forget!!!! your NFCU ATM card works at many other ATMs for cash withdrawals. Not sure about deposits since when I'm traveling, I usually NEED $$ from my account. Depending on the bank , usually find limits of i.e. $250/day from Chase Bank, but if I find a Credit Union ATM I have removed much more/day”
