I needed a new phone, I went in and bought it, and they didn't try to pressure me to buy more than I wanted or needed ... which I appreciate because usually its frustrating at most stores.. Nice guys working there!

It shouldn't matter what mobile store you go to if your phone is glitching on you you shouldn't have to go clear across town especially when they know that you don't have a place to live or a car they should help you fix your phone well I saw that first hand this weekend anyway it's very sad that the rev6 pro is junk and you make that lady go somewhere else that she can't get you or she has to deal with the broken phone I felt so bad for her that not even right

I ordered a replacement phone through them and have been waiting for 3 weeks and they told me 3-5 days I will get my phone. After it does arrive, I am not going back there again. Will find one closer to home.

The atmosphere and staff are so friendly and inviting. So much so, I only went inside just to look around while my girlfriend was shopping nearby and ended up opening up a Family Plan on their network.
