My boyfriend went there to get a new phone and he got more than that!! This girl called HEAVEN gave my boyfriend extra service not only sold him a new phone she was unprofessional and started flirting with him to the point she gave him her personal phone number and despite she has a boyfriend she decided to go for mine too!!! Please get professional staff working this things are not suppose to happen. HEAVEN please do your job sell cell phones I dont think flirting is part of your job duties. She not good for company so ladies heads up before your men goes to metro pcs to get a phone. She rotates stores so she can be anywhere!!! Remember her name HEAVEN!!! And wanted to add one more thing she actually search in system for men she gave service to if she likes them and start texting them aswell. Please someone do something about this this girl Heaven will keep bringing trouble to your business. Eventually you can loose customers for this like my boyfriend which he will change providers and couple of our friends too.
