My husband and I came into this location to purchase an internet device and was sold the wrong product. We came back the very next day to return the device with the receiept as directed by customer service. The young lady who was taking photos of herself and on a video call while customers were waiting refused a refund for an unnecessary product as the receipt gives you 14 days. Apparently, customer purchases are pocketed. Be careful of receiving the wrong product from this location. You will not be refunded as they undermine the company policies for returns.

The sales associate Karina was very unhelpful and rude, constantly cutting her eyes and giving short unhelpful answers… Could not care less about Customer issues… was being physically abusive to her child she brings to the store. Very poor attitude needs addressed

Edgar is the best employee in that location he help me with smart pay for my upgrade and he explain everything to me ,i been in a different metro stores before and the customer care is the worst, I definitely coming back to this location
