I visited this store to switch carriers. The guy who helped me had decades of experience and was over the top friendly. You could tell he honestly wanted to help and would go above and beyond. I've never encountered service like this anywhere. Not only did he switch me over in record time but helped me setup all the added benefits. I can't recommend this store enough. He needs to be training everyone in customer service. We need more people like this in the world. Ash, if you're reading this thank you for all your help. Keep doing what you're doing, the world is a better place with people like you in it. Much success and blessings brother.

I went to the metro on Mechanicsville today around 2pm to get my pin reset the man charge me 21.oo dollar to fix it and didnot fix my phone bad business my sister had the same problem and the people on nine mile rd fix her phone for free the man told me fiqure it out my self

The reps was really nice but annoying, i called asked if they had parts to fix the screen of my iphone 10 they confirmed. I get there and then they tell me they do NOT have the parts. The guy then says to go see his friend down the street to fix it so i told him call them and make sure that they have the screen, instead he starts to work on someone elses request, so i asked if he called them he goes oh they didnt answer (while im just sitting there like you wasnt going to tell me?) Then proceeds to tell me its down the street i tried to google it nothing came up. yea NEVER COMING BACK .

I needed a new phone and the salesperson gave me an awesome deal! He was patient and helped me set up my phone and get a great case to go with it. He was an awesome multi-tasker as well. I highly recommend coming to this location
