I got a phone from the really cool guy working there. I was told it would be 65 a month and my phone says it's 75$ this immediately reminded me how T mobile is shiesty. I don't like being tricked. I will not pay and they will just cut my phone off. Hope it's worth it.

Arrived at this location 10 minutes before close and they refused to activate the phone because they said they were about to close. Never had a establishment refuse service for that reason. No one was in the store the associate was not busy at all. Poor customer service.

I highly recommend this location. When I visited, I needed help getting a temporary phone for a friend in the hospital, and Sharif was incredibly patient and friendly. We chatted while waiting for the phone to activate, and he very very generously gave me a free set of nice headphones as a gift for my friend in the hospital! My friend and I are both extremely grateful for Sharif's help and kindness. Sharif deserves a raise!

Awesome Metro by T-Mobile store! Sharif was awesome, and got me signed up for TMHI in less than 15min! Super friendly and patient would definitely recommend if you need to visit a store!

Mark was a great sales representative! Fast service & very polite. I recommend going to this store & speaking directly with mark for any phone problems, paying a bill , or even promotions on phones !

I've been waiting for days to be paid and they are refusing to pay me, it seems super bad to me that they abuse people like this, we are 5 ex employees waiting to get paid, everything is so unprofessional in that place

I recently purchased a prepaid phone from MetroPCS on W Broad Street location and was not too happy. I met with a Stephanie 3/26/22 and was told that I would be paying for a $22 initiation fee + $40 monthly fee to start my plan. I agreed, but later received a automated text message saying I was locked into the $50/month plan.I called the store and talked to Shareef? (I have no idea how to spell his name) about the mishap and it was honestly quite frustrating as he kept assuring me that I had gotten a great deal. I understand it is a good deal, which was the reason I had signed up in the first place but it was not the price I had agreed on initially with Stephanie. I am going to continue to use the phone for work reasons, but I do with the store clerks could be more honest with their pricing before customers purchase into a cell phone plan that charges monthly for continued use. The store was not transparent with me and I did not appreciate that.Otherwise cell phone works just fine for $22 activation fee (which they now told me is $25....?) and the monthly plan you choose to go with (I chose a $40 but I guess I'm paying $50 now.)

Do not go here. The owner and his employees are giving false advertising. I got a phone from them for 30$. This phone was supposed to have 10 years of service just for 30$. Not true. This MetroPCS location is a scam. They should not be in business.
