“I rented a tux from here and we had several issues with Jim’s Formal that they were unable to reconcile. With less than 24 hours to my event, Sunil and his team were able to get a tux fully tailored for me for around the same cost of renting a tux. Great service, great experience overall. The tux’s that came in from Jim’s were absolutely awful and none of the sizes fit as they should have. I highly recommend just buying a tux from this place. It’s the same price and I was really impressed at how well it was tailored.”
“My wife and I were so thrilled with the service, the time these folks take with you, to ensure that they can find something that is a bet fit for you and also what you’re looking for. As women, we were hesitant and a little nervous to go into a men’s suit store for alterations and finding another suit. Not one worker batted an eye at that, which I can’t say about other stores we tried. I can’t say how happy I am with the gentleman who helped us, the pleasant attitudes from every employee, and their ability to do everything we need in plenty of time for the event we need these for. I 100% recommend Better Menswear and Eric specifically, who was a wonderful man throughout the entire time we were there.”

“My husband and I came to Richmond for the weekend and he forgot his jacket for dinner. Picked Franco’s to see what they had and to replace a “tired” black jacket. Excellent treatment from both Mitch and Franco, and they altered the jacket (Replaced the buttons and shortened the sleeves) in an hour! I could have spent all day in there shopping for him! Quality of the items and service top~notch! Expect to make an investment, but it will be worth every penny!”

“Big shout to Touche for helping me find some lightweight dress clothes for the Richmond summer. I actually came in looking for a hat and found some funky styles here at reasonable. Touche was helpful with no pressure. He also gave me his card and told me he could help out with any last minute requests I would need in the future.There are some unique looks here lots of colors and patterns, especially if you would consider your style flamboyant. Also very comfortable.Will be back for sure.”

“Hard to rate a uniform shop so I will do this in bullet format• Staff extremely friendly• Eager to he• Facility is clean• Selection within the store has gone down dramatically most likely due to online sales.• Prices are OK that's about it.• Seems to be geared more toward police officers then firefighters. Not saying that's bad however you will not find any firefighter stuff within the store.• Lastly regarding the prices they do not match any of Gals coupons like 10 or 20% off.”
“My friend & I had a fantastic experience in Banana Republic in Short Pump. The store clerks were sooo nice to us! They informed us of sales & chatted with us for a little before we started looking around. We didn't end up buying anything that day but I had better service here than I have at some luxury retailers! I will be back! I'm not sure of the clerks names but they were both wonderful black women & really made a lasting impression on us. :)!”
“I definitely wish they allowed afterpay in store like online, however they had great inventory available. The store is set up very nicely, and looks great for the holiday season coming up. The hours are definitely reasonable for covid and possibly even low staffing like most all the shops in the mall.”
“I hardly shop at Old Navy and came to pick up a clothing order for my lady. I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. I encountered the staff members who were all very polite and helpful.”
“I love shopping at old navy however the stores are always in such a mess it's hard to shop. One item is in 4 different areas! Employees tell you different things so you think your utems are on sale only to get to the register and find out they aren't.”
