I can't speak highly enough of this pharmacy and its kind operator! They truly show you the definition of "above and beyond" customer service. Unlike a corporate large-chain pharmacy, the feel is personal. They appreciate you. If you need help, it's no problem! I go to a doctor in the Retreat Hospital, and I fill here. I wish this pharmacy would open near my house! They'll deliver for free, just as they say. I encourage you to fill your next prescriptions here, especially if you see a doctor at the Retreat Hospital already. It couldn't be more convenient!

In the beginning I truly promoted and referred this small pharmacy to any and everyone I could rave to... Then he made a complete turn a round his delivery under direction of Mr Scott, the owner delivered my meds to the wrong location several times, and when confronted with questions, completely lied on the driver and myself... He is very dishonest, he'd completely short your meds so be sure to count behind him before leaving the store because he'll blame you... Also he completely ignores relevant questions and very rude... DON'T SEND YOUR MEDS TO HIS PHARMACY, HIS mannerism is very deceiving... ALL OF THIS IS TRUTH!!!!

The longest I've ever waited in line is one minute. The lot has free parking. They answer the phone promptly. Taking off one star as they are only open Monday-Friday and I don't know if they have online status updates but they have none of the annoyances that I've dealt with at CVS and Walgreens, so it is worth it. The pharmacist is very nice and good at his job- he puts in extra effort to get the customer the lowest price available.

I've never known a pharmacy to close for Labor Day, on top of being closed all weekend long. A pharmacy closed for 3 days in a row when the hours are already very limited (8:30-5:30, Mon-Fri) just seems a bit much to me when you're dealing with medications. I much prefer the smaller, more personable, and friendly places like Mayson's but they just can't meet my needs when they're closed all weekend and on holidays when the bigger named pharmacies remain open. I understand Christmas, Easter, New Year's, etc. but Labor Day?? ????????

This pharmacy is the best! You don’t have to call them to remind them to fill your refills. They are quick & although I have never used this service I have heard they will even deliver too!! For me, the excellent service & basically zero wait time override the fact that they aren’t open very late & closed on weekends!

So this will be the second time I have tried to leave a review for some reason my first one didn't post ... BUT ANYWAYS ... I absolutely love this pharmacy. They are straight up with you and kind they work with you. Did I mention he does delivery whaaattttt!!! They do not judge and treat everyone with the same respect and care. He goes out of his way to try and find discounts and is not lazy when it comes to reaching out to the insurance companies ... he always has a good attitude and genuinely cares about your needs.. I would choose this pharmacy above any other in a heart beat. It's hard to find people in the Healthcare industry that actually cares about the people which is sad ...but it feels good to find a diamond in the ruff and that's precisely what this place is ... small but mighty.. I highly recommend....

Called the pharmacy and spoke with an Asian pharmacist who was very rude. Said "I am very busy and do not have time to help you", when I only had 2 questions to ask in regards to whether the pharmacy offers mail order and multi-dose bubble packaging services. Not sure why I was brushed off immediately for two simple questions, but felt that the questions I asked were benign, and had no ill intention to elucidate such a harsh and unprofessional response from someone in healthcare.
