I wish I could rate this store 20/5 but five stars doesn’t begin to cover how amazing the service was. I was just looking for a king sized box spring and Neil went above and beyond to make sure I was able walk away with the box spring for my home. And, to top it all off, I was with my parents who desperately needed a new mattress but hadn’t bought one for almost 20 years. Neil was extremely knowledgeable and walked them through this new sleep machine that helped them pick the right mattress for any issues that may impede a good night sleep. He was patient and walked us through the benefits of every mattress that would match up with both their needs and got them the absolute best deal on the mattress of their dreams. As the person who had been hearing my parents struggles with sleep (their old mattress was way too soft after all these years), it made me so happy to know that not only would they be getting a mattress that was better for their health, they would also be getting it delivered in 2 days! I can’t sing the praises of this specific shop and especially the kindness of Mr. Neil today as he help not only me find a box spring after being told that no one in Richmond had any in stock but also was so helpful with my parents who weren’t planning on buying anything but walked out of that store so happy that they could finally get a good night sleep after months of back pain.

Mr. Warren was an amazing salesman and made me feel very welcomed and at home. He was very informative and personable, he taught me things about mattresses and body postures that I had no idea before, and it was an overall great experience!

We were not sure if we wanted to buy a mattress from this place and only went in to check things out. But Neil was very friendly and helped us find a mattress that we liked and ended up buying one. He also gave us a free delivery which would’ve cost us $99. Definitely recommend this place.

Went in just to LOOK at mattresses. I knew I needed one and thought I had an idea of what I wanted from what I saw online. Warren got me on the "mattress machine" and helped me find my perfect fit! Thanks again Warren for all of your help! I know I have many many nights of great sleep ahead of me!

Stopped in trying to decide between a few mattresses we had been contemplating for a while. We were immediately greeted by Neil, and he showed us to the BedMatch technology, which recommended the two mattresses we had been considering! Doing the BedMatch made us feel really confident in making such a large purchase, and we left with a new mattress, mattress protector, two king sized pillows, and smiles on our faces :) thank you to Neil and Warren for all of your help!
