Neil Puri was extremely helpful, we told him what we were looking for and he led us straight to it. We purchased the second mattress he showed us, he was very polite and not pushy as well as extremely knowledgeable about the purchasing and financing process. We were in and out in approximately 20 minutes. Very pleased.
