I recently had a fantastic experience at Mattress Warehouse, and I want to share my thoughts on the service and delivery.
Exceptional Service from Jackie
From the moment I walked into the store, Jackie was incredibly helpful. She guided me through the options available and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge about the mattresses made the shopping experience enjoyable.
Quick Delivery
One of the highlights of my experience was the delivery of my Tempur-Pedic mattress. It arrived within 24 hours, which exceeded my expectations. The promptness of the service is commendable, especially when many stores take longer.
Overall Satisfaction

Had a great experience with Jackie! She spent quite a bit of time with us, trying to find us our perfect bed and find one we did! She showed us countless mattresses all close to our price range, and she never made us feel pressured to go higher. After spending hours looking going over all of our options, we came out with the perfect combo for sleeping needs! Thanks, Jackie!!

Haven't ever been shopping for a mattress of our own, and we admittedly were feeling pretty overwhelmed. However, Jackie was very warm and inviting and gave us all the information we needed. She answered all the questions we had with enthusiasm and without having to look anything up. She made our purchasing experience fun and exciting, and we walked out with an amazing Seally cooling mattress and an adjustable frame!! Never thought we'd own one of those, but here we are!! That being said, Jackie was very transparent with pricing and made sure to meet our needs and desires instead of trying to put us on the most expensive possible. We are super happy with our experience and are excited to be getting a great night sleep every night from here on out.

I read a ton of reviews of where we should go to buy a new mattress because we have had some negative experiences in the past. I’m so glad we listened and came to Mattress Warehouse! Jackie is amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and patient, which is so important when making such a big purchase. She guided us and helped us find a great option. Do not go anywhere else and insist on working with Jackie!

If you want a great shopping experience, this is the place to go for a mattress. Chuck greeted us, as we walked in. We explained an issue we were having. Chuck helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He was very patient and gave us space and time to try out the mattresses. We never felt hurried. Chuck was also a great communicator between us and the district manager. He kept us informed every step of the way. When we initially met Eric, District Manager, he was very courteous, empathetic, and willing to do whatever it took to help us. He also took time to explain the differences in mattresses, which helped us choose the right mattress for us. Jackie assisted in sealing the deal. She has such a pleasant attitude and truly cares that you are fitted to the best mattress for you. She doesn’t just try to sell you a mattress, she watches to make sure the mattress supports your body as it should. I definitely recommend this store! You won’t go wrong dealing with Chuck and Jackie!! They both want what is best for you!! Just had our new mattress delivered and are so enjoying it!!! The delivery guys were also very courteous and respectful! Great experience all around!!
