I bought a pair of TempurPedic floor models, for my kids, from this location. I took two expensive mattresses off of their hands that evidently they’d been trying to sell for over a year. I asked the kid working if they could put them in plastic, nope - they don’t have plastic there. He told me delivery was 150/ mattress and that could not be discounted or waived because they were floor models. I thought, for $300 would they even wrap them up, or just toss them in the back of some filthy truck? I declined and told him I will be back in a week or so to pick them up when construction is complete on my house. I show back up, with bags I bought off of Amazon, and the manager was there this time. He didn’t say, “thank you for buying these”, just commented, “do you have someone who can help you load these, because we can’t do that”. I told him you guys really aren’t very helpful, because you couldn’t provide plastic and now you can’t even help move them out of your store. Whatever. My wife and I bagged them up, while he watched, then took them out and put them in our truck. See ya, we won’t be back.
