Michael Bay has been cutting my hair for 8 years and I was finally ready for something new and dramatic. Michael gave it a 10!! He understands how to shape and make it look good even if I can’t do the same things he does in the salon. I come from North Carolina for Michael to do my hair and will continue!

Always a pleasant experience here. Michael makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. I have very thick curly hair but the scalp massage and condition are the best!

Visiting from out of town and needed a blowout. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and my stylist SASHA, a new stylist, did a great job! Several of the staff were very complimentary. I would visit again.

If zero stars were possible I would give them it. I went a few months ago (just downloaded yelp recently) and it was the worst service ever. My stylist kept walking away from me and couldn't even get me nearly as blonde as she said I needed to be when I left the salon it was already fading it was supposed to be a dark to light ombré but the roots and ends were dark while the middle was light and the back was already fading to green I decided to just cut it off cause they killed it and went to rooted hair company later to try again and from my natural hair got it lighter than mango and not fading out sort 6hrs and 500$ at mango for this and was told it would be about 200$ to fix what they messed up only spent 3hrs and 300$ at rooted Mango do better

You truly get what you pay for at Mango. The services come at a premium cost, but I have found it to be extremely worth it. My hair feels much healthier. I go to Keith and highly recommend him. He is very talented and professional.

I really like my hairdresser..this is the third visit and she is doing exactly what I want!! However, I was not told that the salon only takes a credit card, which I normally use but didn't have enough in my account this time so wanted to pay cash..they took it but showed their displeasure..I, also, pay 40.00 because I just get a wash and cut..that is what I paid the first 2 times..she says 55.00..I said I have always paid 40.00 so it was accepted..there were other people around and this whole episode embarrassed me !!
