Today I bought perfume here and the service was at a very pleasant level, the women who sold the perfume were very nice and sweet. I bought the perfume I wanted, but the service left a very good impression.

Stopped by to return a purchase made this past weekend in the Macys Newport News shopping center. Harley any sales person on staff to assist. Finally when I found someone she said you can go past the makeup counter and someone should be there. What happened to good customer service?
