My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Nail Spa!! Our pedicures were done so beautifully with lots of attention to detail and they made it so relaxing! Will be back, for sure!!

While visiting my daughter I stumbled upon this place. My husband and I walked in. I asked did they accept walk-ins. I was told yes due to someone missing their appointment. The lady takes me and I ask if she can do my eyebrows also she said yes and does my feet, meanwhile her customer comes in. She then tells me as she is rushing through the rest of my pedicure. She can't do them now because her customer is here. I'm pissed because what am I? I was visibly upset. She then asked was I ok? No I was not because I am a customer too. My point if you are NOT going to treat walk-ins like your "regular" customers. Don't accept walk-ins... yes the manager offered me 50% so walk-ins be mindful. You will be treated differently !

Linn was amazing. I got the best leg and foot massage ever with my pedicure. She made my legs, feet, and hands so smooth. I'm definitely coming back.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Luxe Nail Spa. As the maid of honor in a wedding this weekend, I was looking forward to getting my nails done and chose Luxe Nail Spa because they offer Gel-X extensions, which are a great alternative for me since I am allergic to acrylics.
I requested long almond-shaped nails with a simple design. While the technician was kind, she didn't follow my instructions. She insisted on using my natural nail length instead of the extensions I asked for, resulting in short, button-like nails. I repeated myself several times that I wanted extensions but my request was ignored. For the design, I wanted simple, curvy lines going diagonally up my nails, but she kept insisting on doing a French manicure instead. When she attempted the design I showed her, she did straight lines up the sides, completely ignoring my request. After several failed attempts at other designs that were similar to what I wanted, I reluctantly agreed to the French manicure because we were going on the 2 hour mark.
The final straw was when she cut my cuticles a second time, causing me to bleed in several places. She blamed my "sensitive skin" for the bleeding and used a dirty napkin with polish on it to clean up the blood. This experience was far from the quality and care I expected for the amount that I paid.

Beautifully designed nails are featured on their page, however I was advised only one person does designs and they are booked for weeks in advance. I still got a mani and pedi. The pedi was top tier, the mani was not. But everyone was very kind and the massage chairs with the pedi were the best I experienced.

Somewhat disappointed with my gel pedicure today. Overall, the experience was nice - the staff were friendly and polite, and the massage was nice. But the cuticle trimming and paint job were pretty sloppy. I actually think I might have done a better job myself, and I never say that. I didn't look closely until I after I left - my fault for not looking I guess. A bummer.

I highly recommend this salon. I have been going since well before the pandemic and wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else. The salon is super cute, bright and comfy. Not only is the staff nice and welcoming, they are extremely professional and definitely take the time to make sure your nails are perfect and exactly how you want them. My nails ALWAYS last for a good 4wks or longer if I am out of town and can’t get in. Thanks Luxe for the best nails in town?

I always have a wonderful experience with Diem. She is a talented and professional nail technician who knows how to make your nails look amazing. She is friendly, attentive, and creative. She listens to my preferences, but also gives great suggestions. She uses high-quality products and tools, and the results are always stunning. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails. I highly recommend Diem to anyone who wants to pamper themselves. She is the best!

I would give Luxe nail Spa ten out of five stars if I could. Everyone there is amazing but Diem is great with my manicures and Linda is my go-to for pedis. My number one priority at a nail salon is sanitation and Luxe goes above and beyond with their sanitary practices. I recommend bringing over a couple of to-go bevvies from the restaurant next door to make your appointment extra fun.
