Amanda who helped us in store today was absolutely phenomenal!!! I don’t think I have ever received such warm and pleasant customer service. Today was my first time visiting a Lush store. Amanda was great with informing me on the brands ethics, mission and firm principles on being organic and environmentally friendly. Amanda opened my mind to a whole new world of how luxury products can be sustainable! Amanda took the time to hear me talk about my Mother and friend and gave amazing product selections that would be great to the individually.

My daughter and I had a nice experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. Katheryn was very knowledgeable of the products. We will definitely come back.

I previously have shopped at Lush every once in a while for bath bombs. Recently, a famous social media star shared some products that have become a really popular. Lush has not been prepared and has handled this so poorly.
Over the weekend, I came into the store, clearly looking for these products and without speaking the employees just pointed at the sign that said it was sold out and didn’t try to help me find anything else. They talked to each other and hardly engaged, acting that they were annoyed that people were coming in trying to buy products from this business. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I left and just went online to order when I could’ve just done it in store with an employee had they properly assisted me. The shipping also hasn’t even moved after a week.
If you’re looking to purchase products that are recommended from here, just save your money.

The short pump Lush store is hands down the best Lush store because of the people. The people working there are so incredibly kind. Shoutout to Rachel. My mom had a fire destroy her house yesterday, I was shopping at Lush to create a care package. Rachel is so sweet and provided her with some essentials. My mom is incredibly grateful for the generosity of Rachel, Emmy, Kathryn, and Lush.

I love this place Kelly was especially welcoming and a kind soul told me abt a lot of different stories and let us smell and try a lot of products Rachel was also very nice welcoming shy soul she also helped us out and we walked out with a bunch of samples from them they were so nice and made my experience well worth it first time I walk into lush and have such a nice experience

The customer service here is always exceptional. We were greeted my smiles and bright faces. They inquired about everyone's wants, skin needs, and smell preferences. We left with samples as well. Love coming to this place

The BEST Birthday GIFT from my hubby!! The staff at Lush in Short Pump were AMAZING!!! It was an unusually quite day so we pretty much had the store to ourselves so we could explore ALL of the scents and products. Everyone was super helpful in showing us where everything was. I picked an AMAZING box of bath bombs and soaks, lotions and a bonus bee!! The check out clerk wished me happy birthday which was super sweet!! I would DEF shop this Lush again - heck I'd drive up from Hampton just to shop here!! ❤️?
