Lowes has gone way down hill! Tried to order a blackstone for my husband. We have had three deliveries. First one came unassembled, second one damaged, and third one unassembled. I am now waiting on my fourth delivery hoping that it is my last. This will be my last time shopping Lowes. It has taking many hours of my time to try to get the issues resolved. No one takes accountability for the issues.

Less than zero. Items supposedly there arrording THEIR website but none of the employees can find it. Waited over 30 min in 2 departments for help each time. Meanwhile there are four employees just standing around. Asked for manager, never saw him and their own employees could not give me his name. I was planning to buy 438.00 worth of lumber but got so frustrates I walked out and went Goodwyn Lumber instead. I know they will match the price.

Always better than Home Depot. Service, good store layout, easy in and out. Further, the veterans discount -(which Home Depot recently adopted) has been a feature from Lowe's for many years. A very much appreciated consideration.

As a Lowe’s pro and shopping and coming into Lowe’s on Midlothian (Chesterfield town center ) every day and buying $1O00’s Of dollars of merchandise a month. The Customer Service is awful when it comes to returning merchandise that should be on the pros account. Supervisor and staff Kimberly & Tyneisha was Disorganized and not helpful after standing At the register for hour And getting pushed to the side for other customers. And saying the item that I purchased a week ago, could not be returned

if they have what I need in stock I'm happy! I haven't shopped at Lowe's for quite a while. I was angry about 5 botched washer and dryer delivery attempts from the Midlothian store. I never did get my washer dryer due to the delivery company Lowe's contracts with.

Well, despite the 5 stars …my experience was nowhere near the best. The manager did not assist me well and I wanted to take my business to Home Depot.. the young sir Reco helped me soo much I come to him everytime. Lucky lucky lol

I have noticed a significant decline in customer service and how well this store is staffed. While in store looking for help with getting lumber cut it took like 15 minutes to get assistance. There are not enough employees. Call to speak to someone in appliances. No one picked up for about 15 minutes and it was the customer service desk. The person took my phone number and said I would get a call back when the dept was less busy. Never got a call back. Because of poor customer service I am trying other companies.

I have been in the appliance section looking to buy a dish washer for the past 25 minutes and not one employee asked if I need any help. Which is not his fault because only one employee in this section and he is helping another customer. I should just go to Lowes competitor not to far from here. Which they will appreciate their customers.

Typically have what I need and associates helpful and friendly. Low rating because ladies restroom sad. After at least 2 months toilet paper holders still on the floor with paper set wherever which is sad for a store that has supplies to fix. Don't think good representation of how things are handled in store. Fortunately usually kept clean.

PETER was extremely helpful we walked in at 7:30 pm store was closing soon and he did not mind to help us find what we came in for he walked us to the bay our item said it was and he even got a ladder and said he didn't mind checking and scanning every item on the shelf to make sure we got what we came for he deserves a raise for his awesome customer service

Some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I tried to return an item that I had purchased less than a week prior. And they refused to return it because I purchased it at a different Lowe’s and it would throw off their inventory. I also still have no idea what their return policy is because 4 different employees gave me 4 different versions of what their return policy is. I then went to the Sheila Lane Lowe’s and they gladly accepted the return. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.
