Tanya the manager tonight 2/10/24. She needs a double check on her attitude and performance of her peers. Very unprofessional. Furthermore the store was totally unorganized. We still made our purchase but will not be returning to this store. Go to Brook Rd or Short Pump Lowe’s instead. Very much better staff to work with.

Very upset! I ordered decking material and was told that returning extra stuff would not be an issue. Went to return extra stuff with receipt, and was told I couldn’t because it was just outside the 90 day return period! I am no longer shopping with Lowe’s it has been nothing but headaches dealing with them. The customer service has gone down hill!

"Tried to get help had them called 3 times and waited with no response so I finally just grabbed something close to what I needed and when I went to pay I was in a line waiting and noticed there was a lane on with no one in it and a lady just standing there doing nothing but also not offering to help anyone so I went to her line and let her know about my issue she proceeded to get defensive and rude I believe her name was Cynthia I hope the owner sees this so they know they're losing money due to staff"

While the floor associates were notably pleasant and friendly, the customer service department appears to have some less-than-pleasant staff who could benefit from additional hospitality training. Our reason for visiting was to return a custom-cut motorized roller shade due to a malfunctioning motor, the blind could never operate, even to power on. Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service representative proved challenging.The representative tried to impose a 20% restocking fee and even suggested that allowing us to return the item was a favor on their part. This left us in a state of disbelief. Spending nearly $2,000 on blinds, only to receive a defective product and encounter such after-sales customer service, was truly unexpected.Given this experience, I'm inclined to explore alternative options and may not return to this location. It might be worth considering Home Depot for future purchases or Lowe’s short pump location. What a turn off!

Just had the best experience ever at your store, all due to Flo. She greeted me soon as she saw me, asked what I was looking for. Actually walked me back to where the item was and helped me find it.Flo was great, thank you!

I always like shopping at Lowe's. Unfortunately this Lowe's has joined many other businesses by not having cashiers to check you out. Always hate being forced to check out my own products. I feel like I'm an employee that is not getting paid.

We ordered a refrigerator, it was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 27, get a call it is put off but manager said come on and pick something that’s in stock. We go to the store, staff says nothing is in stock. We ask for a refund. They refund it. Then call back ask what was in stock or what can be delivered tomorrow, after 10 min they say we’re researching we will call you back, no one every returned our call. Poor delivery system and customer service!

Costumer service/Cashier Sarah is extremely rude, needs some urgent training. She doesn’t know how to deal with people.This Lowe's has so many problems I can’t even express. Called to talk to the manager they wouldn’t transfer me, and refused to give me their name.
