I will never go to Lowe’s ever again, never been treated so horribly. I don’t believe I should have to ask your help to help me self check, it’s not my fault you don’t have real cashiers and you have people that don’t care about their job or a customer. I’m not going to work all day and wait on my customers to turn around and go into your store to check myself out and then have your rude employee to me I have to ask for her help nicely! Doesn’t work that way GET CASHIERS if you want my business you don’t pay me to work for your company!

I want to bring attention to the awesome employee working in appliances on Monday night. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her kindness and attention to customers needs should not go unnoticed. She told me her name but I'm old and forgot it lol... Please recognized this young lady for being a outstanding employee. She mentioned it was only her second day in this position, which I found totally unbelievable because of her knowledge and understanding of the products to sale. Thank you for your time and wonderful employee... She's the best I have ever encountered at any Lowe's I have ever visited anywhere.

Very good products but you got to initiate help. No one walks up to you unless you request help

On this day El was extremely helpful on two different topics. He was able to help me when another person did not have that information. As a consumer it meant the world not to continue looking and looking . Thanks again Sir for helping me find my refrigerator filters etc.

Never any help when you need help. When I ask someone to help me, they act like I was bothering them. No Cap! Not one person but two people. I had to run down a manager who helped me. Then the guy who denied me wanted to help me then. Go figure ??... in front of the manager, I told him he could go. I don't need your help now

I have been able to purchase a very nice selection of plants and shrubs. It is also a very convenient place for me to pick up supplies for several building projects. However I am not happy at all with their new strict return policies. Remember people keep your receipt and you only have 30 days. After that you're stuck with it. One of my worst purchases was a pre-lit Christmas tree a couple of years ago that I purchased on sale at the end of the season. It worked fine for the two weeks that I used it but the following year the middlesection of lights no longer worked. Of course I couldn't return it to Lowe's and the people that manufactured the tree were not interested in making an adjustment either. Lowe's will sell them but they won't guarantee them. I am still currently using the tree I just string it with my own lights now which kind of defeats the purpose.

Just went in tonight and it’ll be my last time. I run a small business and spent almost ten thousand dollars here last year. One older cashier (*edit* Her name is Wilma) in the pro checkout is always rude and huffs and rolls her eyes whenever I pull out my pro ID for her to scan. She has always been rude every single time I come in.
There are never any lumber carts in the store. Countless times I’ve walked inside and had to come back out to grab a lumber cart. No big deal, I’m a big boy but when it’s consistent and there are always people just standing around and every trip is a coin flip on whether or not you’re going to be playing bring your own cart it’s inexcusable. Tonight there were no carts in or outside so after walking around the entire store I just walked back out to my truck.
This is ridiculous and if a small business ran like this they would get ripped apart. I won’t be back, at least not to this one. Sucks because I live right across the street but I’ll just find another Lowe’s or jump over to Home Depot. Don’t collect the paycheck if you don’t wanna do your job. Save your time and shop somewhere else. Ridiculous.

I'll never set foot in a Lowes again. I just had some landscaping stuff delivered and it looks like they sent me the worst garbage they had on hand. Bags of mulch covered in an dripping oily black gunk that comes off when you touch it. I've been buying bags of mulch and rocks because they are much easier to handle at my age and I don't have to lift the bags repeatedly if they're delivered. They've delivered so many damaged items in the past few years -- a wheelbarrow, fence panels, and many broken bags of landscape materials -- that I'm done with the brand.

Let me be clear- this has nothing to do with any store, any employee or any product that Lowes sells. I need to know why 2024 was the year that Lowes decided to nickel and dime it’s Lowes credit card users and demand that they pay $1.99 for paper statements!! I honestly don’t think that should be legal. It may not be that way for long. If Lowes truly can’t afford card-holding customers the courtesy of a bill in the mail if they want to receive it that way then they cannot afford to operate a large scale national retail business. Period! This is the worst corporate move on their part in a long time! I will not be using my Lowes card anymore. Instead now I’ll be going to Home Depot.

I was here last week outside there was a young lady out here by herself assisting customers I told Miss Aminata write her name down on my receipt so I could write something special for my visit here. First let me just say this lady has a great load of patience. The line outside was long however she still remained calm and was greeting each customer, smiling and laughing with a few people including me. The elder man before me had been waiting for a worker to come upfront outside to assist him load his bags of mulch in his vehicle. No one came after she made the announcement twice through the intercom. I was amazed on how She was able to help the man load it into his vehicle. But who’s to say women can’t do what men do? There was also a man in line that was nice enough to help the elder man to as well Very nice act done! it would be nice if they had more help out there so it could make things go smoove for us as customers and them to as workers. it really doesn’t hurt to be kind at all. It’s the little things you know when someone is engaging with you and talking with you and helping u is what makes people come back. I hope she keeps up that same mentality.
