Everybody knows Louis has everything at least for construction they have a lot more nuts and bolts and stuff then Home Depot does Home Depot is better for plumbing Lowe's is better for lawn mower parts and I think appliances but you couldn't get anything done if it wasn't for a Lowe's or Home Depot it's just the way it is but you've always been considerate they've always been very helpful and where else you going to go to get that kind of lumber but that's just my opinion

guy working in paint department didn't want to move just sit and get paid for nothing. asked if he would mix my paint and gee he did have to come ober to counter. showed him what I wanted and I continued to talk to husband. I was headed to flower dept while husband going to get the brushes and the guy slammed my cans back on counter with rudely telling me to come back when I am done. in surprise of his rudeness I spoke to manager. they will investigate. don't bother I am not coming back. so others had problems in that department and well i would lay money down same guy don't go to this store

I purchased an oven online with an expected delivery the next day before 6:30 p.m. At 5:45, I received a call from Lowes telling me that they didn't have the product I ordered. Well here's a thought. First, why did you wait until the day to tell me that as I waited at home all day for it? Second, why did you sell me something you didn't have? Lowes then said they would call the next morning with a new delivery date. By 10:30 the next morning, I still had not heard from them. I called and after being on infinity hold (I kid you not, 35 minutes (the first time!)), I was told that delivery had been scheduled for the next day. I told them that no one had advised me of that schedule change and that I would not be home to accept delivery and wanted to cancel my order as I could not commit to another delivery date anytime soon. They insisted I could not cancel my order. Seriously? You're going to force me to pay for your lousy service and for a product you don't have? I was on and off the phone with those morons from 10:30 until 2:00 that afternoon when they finally agreed to cancel. You guessed it. I got a call the next morning at 7:30 telling me they were on the way with the oven. These people are idiots. I told the driver I was not home, could not accept delivery, and that I had cancel the order. I will cook my meals on a campfire in my backyard before I'd purchase an oven from Lowes again. I wouldn't buy so much as a paperclip from that store. I have a new logo for Lowes. "Welcome to Lowes, where customer service is a thing of the past." Is there a way to give minus 10 stars??

Terrible service trying to buy a door and have it installed. no one there to help me, when the guy finally came after being summoned twice he was demeaning to other customers in front of me and failed to ring up all of my parts and labor. when the door finally came, it had some parts missing and the installer told me to go to the store and ask for them. isn't that what I already paid for with delivery? this is a terrible store that cares nothing about the customer. trust me, just call a window or door company that specializes. avoid Lowe's.

Central Richmond Lowe's. Awful experience, terrible costumer service. We purchased a washer for $700plus. This was used but was being sold as new. When we opened the box and tried the hose had running water and even the top door had signs that was already used. They sold that full price to us, not even a opened box price. When we came back to get our money or a refund. They ignored completely the fact that they sold us a used machine at full price and forced their 48 hour return policy..mind you it took us two days to even test the machine and had to find a helper to bring it back. I am taking them to court. Awful service, they are lacking common sense and even any courtesy.They deserve zero stars.

Not a great experience. I was buying my mom a cultivator to plant wildflowers and an employee recommended the craftsmen. The throttle broke after two uses - I can't be more specific because I am not an expert. Tried to return it and they don't take returns on power tools after they've been opened and used...how tf are you supposed to know if it is broken if you don't open it and try to use it??? Wild stuff. Craftsmen conti ues to not call back my mom and their servicer in the area said it'll take 3-4 weeks.In summary, thanks Lowes! For costing me $200 for absolutely nothing. Ruined the season because my mom won't have her wildflowers. Plus mothers day is Sunday! So maybe go here if you want mothers day RUINED for your mom!

They actually had no cashiers at all this day. Only self check out. I do not work at Lowe's, I am trying to spend money here, not earn a salary.

Very much more pricey than Home Depot appreciate the customer care service when I got robbed in they Winterpock store location off Hull st rd. I do admit it was my fault I left my wallet in the shopping cart and went to the bathroom not acknowledging that I left it in the cart.. there were plenty workers walking up and down that little hallway Because they reck room was located also next to the bathroom ummm . Long behold came out of bathroom while it was still in the cart open to see was anything missing $450 and my credit card was gone I did stay in bathroom about 1o-15 minutes on a important call so I guess that gave them plenty of time to rob the wallet instead of reporting the wallet to customer service. Bought it to associate attention and ask for manager they said we be right back ..the manager sent the two associates back to tell me there’s no cameras nothing we can do and that’s it….I asked can I speak to him myself, seems like more could’ve been done far as CUSTOMER CARE … do they even write incident reports, So he comes out angry because I ask to speak to him..right away start yelling there is no cameras by the bathroom I ask what about going down the aisle with near the bathroom they might’ve took the wallet down the aisles and threw it back in the cart, I mentioned to him I don’t feel it was any customer care service..No apologizing that this happened in our store like NO incident report or let us take a look at the cameras to be safe and look down the isles and see if we seen any action just nothing and what really got me the manager took a look in my pocketbook and saw the wallet that was left in the cart and said that’s the wallet I seen in the cart I said to myself why didn’t you report the wallet specially as a manager you have customers that report things left in the cart ummmmso I called the police. Hopefully they can resolve the matter but looking at the future I’m out of $450 I did put a stop on my card.

I'm a Home Depot customer life thanks to this Lowe's alone. Lack of customer service, common sense, and associate empowerment mean I won't be back to this Lowe's or any other.

Did not price match Home Depot on mulch! Same size bag . when you need over 100 bags price makes a difference. Customer service was terrible.

I stopped by to return some acorn lugnuts (I guess that's what they are called) & exchange them for a different size. When I got to the customer service desk, I wasn't greeted. Instead, I had to wait for 2 workers to finish their personal conversation. I mean, HELLO, I'm standing here. Anyway, I made the return and used self-service to checkout. There, I had the displeasure of having to listen to an older lady who worked there fuss about having to enforce "stupid" Lowes rules. She was that type of worker you'd hate to work with because she just sucks the fun out of the environment. Like, retire already. If you don't like your job, give it to someone else. After that experience, I have no plan of going back.

Jimmy in appliances is the BEST. We have had 2 great experiences with him. Friendliest Lowe's employee I've ever met, extremely knowledgeable, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!
