So my hair locked after I took out my box braids . I panicked. I tried to detangle it but made it worst. I called Lisa hair salon I was greeted by the very pleasant receptionist . She said I can come right over. My hairstylist “D” took one look at my hair \u0026 ask what had happened.. I explained to her \u0026 she said don’t worry I got u. \u0026 let me tell y’all about the excellent services she provided… I received a wash \u0026 silk press …treatment \u0026 professional hair cut. Along with a steam treatment.. coloring \u0026 so much more babbbbby my hair is silky black \u0026 simply beautiful. Thank you for ya blessed hands. I’ll definitely be back ?

Very friendly staff. Work great as a team to ensure clients styles are achieved, from Receptionist to make appointments to good invigorating shampoo. They helped my son feel right at home receiving his cornrows. Very thankful for their patient & talented staff who treated him with kindness.

Went in for Natural Hair with crochet removal, crochet was removed then hair wasn't detangled before it was shampooed. Hair stylist basically removed crochet and took down cornrows but did NOT detangled my hair before sending me to get shampooed. It caused a ton of tangles and knots...basically caused hair tiny hair dreads. Person who washed my hair was trying her best but tried to put me under dryer with only half my head deep conditioned, at first said it was all done then when we went back to the sink she said she had run out of deep conditioner. She said she would have to use a different type, I said that's fine cause at least it would have conditioner. so she tried to put me under the dryer with only half my head conditioned! Hair was still tangled. I Lost alot of hair. And I left without getting hair styled. I was Exhausted from working last night and now I have to deep conditioner and detangled my own hair at home. Chunks of my hair falling out and I still paid these people! I was so tired, I wasn't thinking straight. My fault for not saying stop and walking sooner. It was a horrible experience. Hair stylist chose to do things quickly instead of correctly and it cost me. If you see mistake after mistake, don't question yourself..just walk out. It's not worth the hair damage. I wish I had walked out as soon as I realized she shampooed my hair while it was dangled.... WOW..
