Bad experience. 1 star is too generous. We ordered a very large quantity from this company and they refuse to send our order, for which we have paid. They also refuse to respond to calls or emails. I would not recommend using this company.

TERRIBLE customer service and response time. I should have known when I had difficulties placing an order, that I would have difficulties receiving my order. They took my payment and haven't delivered their product. Try to call the company, you will never get a response. Email them, same thing. I placed an order on June 14....today is July 2 and I still haven't received the requested update on the ship date. They aren't worthy of one star.

The worst company ever!!! We placed a large order and it has been over two months, nothing has been delivered and they NEVER EVER answer the phone nor will they respond to an email. This is the worst company ever. They sure took our payment and it posted to our account within 5 days. I have never dealt with such poor customer service (actually NO customer service at all). BEWARE

The store closes at 3:00 PM on Saturdays, not 5:00 PM like the website says. This cost me much heartache. When I was signing up, the salesman lied about their Extreme Internet speed, saying it was 100% fiber optics. Otherwise, the customer service was alright.

Your table linens make my restaurant much more attractive, your napkins are of very nice quality and overall it makes our customers comfortable with the look of my restaurant.
