This place is literally racist. Just read the other most recent reviews. I went in today for the sunshine sale and everybody in the store was asked if they needed a fitting room except for me. Even though I had an item in my hand. I look around the store and oh! Look I’m the only Asian in the store. I will definitely be contacting corporate about this.

Went there with family and was not welcomed. We walked in and were ignored by the employees. We got a couple of dirty looks and sighs but tried our best to ignore it. The place was very unwelcoming and had such a negative energy. I just saw another review talking about it and I definitely agree, the place had a strong smell of sewage and the clothes reeked as well. I did not want to even try anything on. But the worst part of this experience was definitely the employees rude attitude towards select customers (you know what I mean).

don’t expect any help or any greeting if you’re not white. not only did the place reek of rotten eggs, but the employees attitude stunk even worse. the clothes smelt bad and i’ve noticed this every time i’ve been. we walked in the store, and they looked us up and down and walked to the other end of the store. it seems like it’s a requirement to be a snobby person to work here.

I love Lilly, but this store makes me never want to shop in person again. The staff is always so rude! I went in looking for a specific item in a larger size and they completely blew me off. Likely won’t stop here again.

I am a little late with my post but I just want to give a huge thanks to these ladies, Ms. Jennifer, Ms.Betty, and Ms. Christine. They were my fairy godmothers. I was in in need of a dress for a wedding and these ladies were so AMAZING. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

The women in there are rude and unprofessional. Had a return. When I walked in, there was no hello how can I help you. Looked at me up and down like I didn’t belong there. Didn’t ask me why I was returning it or would I like something different. Yes, I was going to buy something different. But I didn’t because the way I was treated. I have my own business and if my employees treated customers like that, they would be fired. Never going back.

Ooohhhh, I am so in love with this store.... it is just so pretty. The clothes are gorgeous, and they carry an excellent variety of sizes. The staff is so very friendly and helpful, just the nicest people ever. Now that I have discovered this store, it is going to be hard to stay away! The friendly customer service alone makes me want to come back to shop again and again, not to mention the wonderful selection of clothing!

What is not to love, it is Lilly! Hands down I received the best service I have ever experienced while shopping. I wish I could remember the store employee's name, she was a middle-aged woman and amazing.

Just left the store and feel very disappointed. The employee at the register was less than helpful when I inquired about a particular top. Then she proceeded to watch over me and my young children as we looked over the sale rack. I can't help but think that it had something to do with the fact that I had been cleaning house all day and wasn't dressed my best. I am a good customer and have been for years. Today was an utter disappointment and they should be ashamed.
