Purchased new 2021 IS350 here. I had the worst car purchasing experience in my lifetime. The dealer who was selling the car wasnt allowing me to speak with the manager. He was the old guy that no longer works at this location. While negotiating the price, he got so mad, and almost yelled at me. Plus, expect to get your car treated like a garbage can when you drop off your vehicle for service. When they move your car from the drop off location, and the one of the mechanic pick up your car, they will do hard acceleration and braking. Your dash cam will also be turned off while its being serviced. They will never turn off your car while its waiting and use too much gas running at idle during the service. Mechanics are incompetent that thy can't find where no noise is coming from for a brand new car. Don't even bother coming to check.

This is a great parts department, I was able to briefly look over the parts diagram from the engine area of my car to locate the replacement pcv hose I needed. The employee was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They ordered the parts, and they arrived the next day, I received a call that they were there, and I went and paid and picked up. I feel like some dealerships have forgotten how to make things smooth for customers, the parts department here has not. If you own a lexus and need something oem, this is the place.

never will deal with Lexus again got treated like were nothing salesman wanted to talk but after he found out we couldn't work out a deal cause he wanted 2 sale us a car we didn't want then he was n a Harry to get us out .

Lexus Collision Center: Made an appointment for vehicle repair and dropped off the car. Were gone on vacation for 8 days and it was supposed to be ready when we got back. No voicemails when we returned. Apparently the technician didn't even start working on the car until Friday (we returned on Saturday). So now we have another week + without the car because apparently they can't schedule their work appropriately. It also took 3 days for them to evaluate the damage on the car (months ago and an appointment was also made for that) and they STILL didn't account for it all. I can't stress how much I would not recommend them.

As they are the only dealer in town, this Lexus dealer is very particular about having their way or sending you to the Highway. Their used car appraisal of my trade in was dismal; $4,600 less than CarMax. Their negotiation of the price on the new car was non-existent and with the poor trade in value. I couldn't begin to have a conversation. The showroom was beautiful and the snacks, coffee, etc. very well done. Purchased my 2020 Lexus at CarMax.

This was my first service at this location and I really have to say that the experience was pleasant from start to finish! Pricing - My factory recommended service was going to be very costly and I did my research with my normal service department in Alexandria. When I compared the price and service items with Richmond, it was $250 less! Seriously! I went line by line and the items were exactly the same!Service Representative - Jonathan was professional, attentive, and exceeded my customer service expectations. He just won that location a customer for all my service needs.Facility - The bathrooms were small but clean and appealing. They offered coffee and a nice variety of snacks. They had multiple types of areas for you to wait in, including a traditional waiting area, private little nooks with comfy seating, and areas where you could possible do some work, if necessary.My car was returned to me clean and in good working condition, ready to go very quickly! They had my car ready when they said they would. Overall, this was the most pleasant auto service experience I have had in a very long time!
