Replaced our roof several years ago and it’s somehow even worse than it was before. It has leaked continuously since being replaced, causing untold damage to our home, and we’re now looking at other companies having to replace the entire thing again. The work is all subbed out and once they get paid they’re extremely hard to get in touch with. I have nothing but regrets about working with them.

I would give negative stars if I could. One of my windows cracked within 18 months of installment. It is virtually impossible to speak with a representative, their mailboxes are always full and if you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to leave a message, nobody ever responds!I went to the window manufacturer, which is luckily not too far from my residence and got some satisfaction from them.Don't patronize this business, once they have your money they are done with you!

We had them replace our windows a couple of years ago and no major notable complaints. Husband decided to give them a chance for roof and siding. We set up an appointment time for them to come by. The day before they call and text all they up to 8 pm (who the hell calls people like that) about confirming something, we already agreed to the time and date on. Day comes, and they are a no-show. Wasted our time.

LEI window’s apparently does not honor their warranty. We replaced every window on our house. One window continues to leak. After contacting the company about this issue; one guy showed up in a car with a ladder. He could not do anything. After contacting the company again we have had no response. This company is responsible, quick to respond to complaints. I will not recommend to anyone. Less than -1 star.

I do not recommend them, they did a terrible job at me last house and never fully corrected the issues. Service guy always late showing up an hour or so past the scheduled time.They damage a lot of trim and would not fix or repaint the damaged trim.I would give a 0 star review if it was an option

We have gotten all new windows and doors. We noticed a big difference in the feel of the house. The support of LEI was outstanding. The reason I gave it four stars is because we haven't noticed any difference in our electric bill. Aside from that, our house looks greats and I hope to enjoy the savings in the future.

I purchased windows in 2021. A seal broke on one of the windows in my kitchen. I have been trying to get it replaced. They ordered the wrong window and was slated to installed it was on May 24, 2022 unable to install wrong side. As of September 22, 2022 no window. I was told it would be today. No communication. The warranty included that the window would be replaced without expense. I was told I would have to pay. If it is included in the warranty its not fair to me to pay again for the same service. I paid off my windows and I expect better service than what I have been receiving. I would like to get my window fix or reimbursed the cost to have Window Nation come and replace the window.

We got new windows from LEI a year and a half ago. They have been great! The installation went smoothy. We had one window crack a few months after installation and I called to have it replaced. They ordered a new sash and instal was fast and easy. Our house has been much warmer during the winter and cooler in the summer. I really love our new windows!
