My husband and I came in on Saturday May 25 and purchased a dining table and chairs. I was hoping for a way to let someone know just how much we enjoyed our experience. Dani welcomed us and made our trip. She was helpful and attentive without being pushy or overbearing. She was sincere and knowledgeable. I hope this feedback will get back to her somehow. We appreciated her patience and allowing us time to look and look again. We are very excited to have our furniture delivered in the near future!!!Thank you!

My husband and I had THE BEST experience at LaDIFF with wonderful, vivacious and knowledgeable Lea! LaDIFF had exactly what we were looking for but the customer service made the experience fun. Even the other salesfolk joined in. What a team! It was so refreshing to walk into a furniture store and not see the “same old same old.” If you’re looking for something a little diff, a tad quirky or really cool…LaDIFF is for you. Shout out to our Girl Lea! Thank you! We will be shopping there again!

Had a great experience today at LaDiff. Dani approached after i had looked around a bit and introduced herself and said if i needed help to let her know. So when i did, i found her. We had the best time together. She is darling with the best sense of design. I could live at LaDiff. What a treasure we have here in richmond va.

I have been an enthusiastic supporter of LaDiff for many years. When they first opened, there was no store like them in the Richmond area. They are still at the top of the local modern furniture game. My most recent experience was just a few days ago. I called ahead to set up an appointment with my professional and very competent salesperson, Dani Romano. She was available that same day to help me select an outdoor dining table and chairs. We settled on a beautiful Brown Jordan set that happened to be a display model that was on sale. I was a little concerned that its "footprint" might be too large for the space allocated on my rooftop deck. I came home, measured according to Dani's instructions, and within an hour or so she got back to me with a graphic rendering of how the table and chairs would work. To make a long story short, it was delivered the very next day by the very capable delivery guys, Errol and Martin. These guys coordinated closely with me on all of the delivery details, including making a pre-delivery visit to ensure that they could navigate getting the table up five flights of stairs to the rooftop. They managed the task quite nicely without causing any damage to my walls or the artwork hanging on the walls. Once again, I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience with LaDiff! I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dani, was very professional and pleasant to work with. She was very patient and helpful, while I picked out the perfect color for my counter height stools. Shayne and Devon, were also very professional, when delivering my perfect colored stools, and made sure all packaging was cleaned up, before leaving. I would definitely shop at LaDiff again.

Dani was so helpful to us with picking out the furniture we needed. Jamie was proactive and communicative with scheduling the delivery, and Calvin and Shayne had the furniture already built and ready to go when they showed up at our door and made sure the furniture was placed exactly as needed. We love the furniture quality and the service was fabulous. Definitely recommend LaDIFF!

Wonderful, patient service by Lea with no pressure to purchase any items. We were very pleased by her attention to our requests and she showed us what we were looking for. We had all our questions answered and she went over and beyond to secure us a bit of a discount on some items. We purchased this bed and are awaiting matching tables.The delivery was also prompt and flawless -
