I just wanna say that they rock. My veins can be a hard stick sometimes and people here always get it on the first try. Sometimes I pass out when I get blood drawn, and they managed to get 15 vials from me one time and I stayed conscious the whole time (pretty cool how the phlebotomist could take the blood and lean the chair back at the same time— a literal pro). Also, whenever I have weird orders they always have everything in stock, and when I make an appointment I barely have to wait at all.

I visited this location at 3:34pm for a pre employment. Sign in door stated tests go from 10am to 4pm. Lady at the counter just snapped at me and said that they stopped at 3:30 and I was too late. I asked her about the sign and she said it was wrong. Please, don’t use this location as the staff does not know basic time telling and how to be professional.

So rude. I made an appointment online for 11am. I arrived in the parking lot at 10:50 and checked in on my phone. The site told me to wait in my car until I received a text message telling me to come inside. I received the text at 11:04 and walked right in. I sat for about 5-10 minutes until the front desk worker called my name, and I walked up to her rolling her eyes and saying "finally". I guess they must have been calling my name before I got the text to come inside? Don't use an online check in system if your staff doesn't even know how to properly use it, then treats their customers with insane rudeness when they follow the prompts.On top of that, I did not have my lab order printed out, but had it on my phone with the ability to fax it to their location. The front desk staff said I couldn't fax it because she wouldn't be able to print it. I'm sorry, but how do you print orders when they get faxed from doctors offices?? So I was treated awfully and couldn't even get my lab drawn. Awful experience and I will not be back.

Yes, I was there last week and the technician that did my drug screening had me remove my belongings and place on the table, and when I came out of the restroom $120 was missing out of my wallet. How can a place that performs functions for job backgrounds hire criminals to perform those tasks? It undermines the integrity of the entire system.

Left after 1.5 hours of waiting. The lady at the front desk was nice. But management needs to figure out what is causing the inefficiencies or management needs to be replaced

Waited for an hour, and when I went to the front desk to ask for an update, I learned that they had lost the paperwork I gave them about 30 minutes prior. I waited even longer (almost the two hour mark) and they still couldn't take me in. Not sure what's going on at this location. This was for a pre-employment drug test. If you come here: bring a book, earbuds, charger, and prepare for the wait.

We were walk in. They are an extremely busy office and only within 15 mins we were taken in. Erika has been wonderful. She is so gentle and soooo kind. And trust me this comes from a mother whose child just hates blood tests!! Clean office and Erika rocks!!

I made an appt online for 9 a.m. I get here and they say they don't do drug screens until 10 a.m. while three of the staff were just sitting there relaxing. Now I am waiting even longer due to their disorganization.

Will absolutely never use this Villa Park location again. I have always had positive experiences with Labcorp in the past but this place is horrible.

Everytime it’s over an hour wait. With an appointment. They keep taking walk ins even though they are two hours behind. Very unprofessional and disorganized
