This is not the first time purchasing from La-Z-Boy. Their service in store is fantastic and the sales team knows their product. We have shopped other competitors but we always land back at La-Z-Boy.

I recently purchased new living room furniture (sofa and loveseat) from La-Z-Boy, and Rudi made the experience outstanding for our multigenerational family. His easygoing style made the process enjoyable and pressure-free. Rudi took the time to understand our needs, suggesting furniture that would suit everyone, from my six-year-old son—who had a million questions, all of which Rudi answered with patience and kindness—to my aging mother, for whom he recommended a wonderful lift recliner. It’s rare to find a sales associate who can balance professionalism with such a warm, personal touch. Thank you Rudi!

Zoe was awesome! I described what I wanted and she found several items that matched my needs. She let me take my time and answered all of my questions professionally, showing vast knowledge of the inventory. She also provided much needed bottled water. Thanks to her, I found my “forever” chair!

I visited the showroom in Richmond, Va/Broad Street on two different days. The first day, I was there for hours. The salesman who helped quoted me one price for a recliner and custom fabric upgrade was extremely condescending while asking probing questions. I decided to go home and sleep on it. When returning a week later to make the purchase I made sure to get a different salesman to assist. He was extremely slow and had a difficult time closing the sale. The actual closing price of the sale was completely different than what was quoted to me on day one. I’m not sure if this was a training issue or just lack of accountability. I am most disappointed that La-z-Boy has stopped giving a military discount. This is a huge insult to my family and all the men and women who fought for our freedom. Shame on you!

Bought a power recline leather love seat in May (it's now September). Waited 8 weeks for delivery. Half of the power recliner love seat didn't work. Sent it back. Delivery driver drug it back down the driveway scratching the leather all up. They tried to send it back to me, i have video of the driver dragging it on asphalt, not accepting it again. Still waiting for this love seat. Customer service after the purchase is horrible. Highly recommended spending your hard earned money elsewhere. You will be happier for it.

We have been LONG time customers of La Z Boy. We moved across the country in July and my chair was damaged. The closest location for me now is about 90 miles. There was so much to do & I just didn’t want to drive that far. So I made the mistake of buying a chair online (not from you). It’s horrible!! Monday we drove to the Henrico (Richmond), VA location. Zoe assisted us. She was great! I bought the first chair I tried and even convinced my husband to get a matching chair. We both loved it. We get them tomorrow (9/11). I’m excited to be in a comfortable chair again!!!
