This is so biased but I love Kroger. I love everything they have to offer, the store has such a diverse range, their Starbucks employees don't look angry every time I don't just order plain coffee, their produce is high quality, I just love everything about Kroger. I've never been failed by a Kroger before.

Poorly run store. Management for this store needs a housecleaning. Needed a hand basket for a couple of items. None to be found at the entrance, had to go to checkout to find one. Employees to lazy to place baskets where they are needed. Management is not real bright.

The Kroger on Tim Price Way is 9 times out of 10, HORRIBLE. First of all, the deli staff are ALL rude and nasty. They are slower than IDEK what, you order 3 items and it's a 40 minute wait! Then they get upset or nasty if you ask them to cut your cold cuts a certain way! Huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes and having an attitude with customers isn't part of their job, but it's the only thing they know how to do! If you order click list, they wait until the very last minute to tell you items are unavailable, or they give you wrong items and don't even mention it. The managers are rude, very angry and aggressive, as if they're trying to scare you off so they don't have to help you.

Pretty funny. Zero carts available. Employees blocking lanes to restock and don't move when you say excuse me because they are listening to music. I asked an employee where an item was and they said "I don't know". Nobody to bag groceries. Layout of store is wildly confusing.

I'm in here weekly.I've talked to managers, called back to managers, and no one can explain why Carl in wine doesn't have to wear his mask right. For years he's been chin diapering it, and apparently responsible to NO ONE!Are Kroger rules only for some employees - and not for customer health?

good location
good prices
can stretch my dollars ? and more with digital coupons.
get there early morning after seniors run to buy up the orange ? labels.....man I just love my Kroger's, they so community minded

Take your business elsewhere. Neededbto grab eggs & cheese-- thats it at opening time. Waited at the tefister until 6:09 where not 1 cashier showed their face. ALL lanes closed. 4 men working in the area helped by seeking someone for the front end with no luck. Left items at the register for the late employee(s) to put back when they decide to show up this morning.
