Ah, this place had so much going for it a few years ago. They had a beautiful interior layout, they had a wonderful fresh pizza counter, with a big pizza oven, and they even had a little bar tucked in by the deli section - extremely friendly and sociable place. They've done so much violence to it in recent years - all inexplicable. They've removed all of that fun stuff and made the place much more cavernous and utilitarian and warehouse-looking. I still shop there, but I miss it's former character, and I can only shake my head and wonder why.

I'm here now. I asked one of their workers who had on a pink shirt and black shorts for directions to the bathroom and said acted like I wasn't even there. And I had on my work uniform.

After 30 years of grocery shopping as an adult, d like to say for the record that this Kroger has thankfully been a great experience for me for many years now. I like Kroger in general because they f their fuel point system, and this location on Broad St. in Short Pump has never let me down. I’ve had to special order items, and they did. Anything I’ve needed help with, they try to accommodate! Just remember, to get the fuel points, you HAVE to get the free app and download the digital coupons first!! Happy shopping!! 🛒 (other than our rising prices!)

If I choose the self-checkout lane and I'm not asking for help, I don't need associates to come up to me and hassle me or to touch my groceries, just leave me alone. There's a reason I picked the self-checkout Lane.

I am writing this review because Dorothy from the deli needs recognition. She's very polite and she's always willing to assist the next customer. A few weeks ago the deli was closing and she took my order. Dorothy cuts my deli meat and cheese the way I like it. I noticed that she's always well groomed. I really appreciate her outstanding customer care service! She also does a great job cleaning down the deli machines. I love shopping at this supermarket. The products are great and the store is well-kept.

Management is very lacking in customer service. Whoever is in charge of the dairy department/inventory thought it would be appropriate to yell at my one of my employees for buying product for our store.

I was in the area and needed some medication and other items, so I stopped in here. They have a very large selection of supplements and OTC medicines. Checking out via self-checkout was easy. This was a decent shopping experience.
