What a nasty way to reply to a customers question. Please inform Audrey that the reply is may I help you.
And provide classes in ways to approach and help CUSTOMERS.

I like Kroger in general. But can they please train their employees in all stores on proper grocery bagging? Raw meat and fresh fruit like strawberries??? Heavy items & bread?? Stuff falling out all over the place, 20 things in bag and one item only in another.

I couldn't get the digital coupons to come up on my phone so one of the employees forgot to get her name but she was very kind in helping me get them I just had to use my phone number when I went to checkout so grateful for her kindness toward a senior like me
