Very dirty inside. Unstocked. Self-checkout is always backed up even though they have more lanes, but they keep them closed. Sandy at self-check out is the only good thing about the store!

I’ve never bought so many already expired items at one store. I always double check everything now - expiration dates, bags for rips, sour cream to make sure it’s sealed. The last two pineapples we bought were rotten in the center. I was literally told that the customer service desk is only open when they feel like it because they’re understaffed. Pay extra attention if you shop here to avoid wasting money.

The store has incredible bad customer service and is unorganized. I literally drive 5 minutes down the road to food lion. I don't mind spending extra money for great customer service and cleanliness. The front end associates are rude and unprofessional especially towards people with different nationalities, race and gender. Do not go here unless shopping at a big unkempt convenience store is your thing. It is literally like the real version of Dave Chapelle's Pop Copy skit... IYKYK

Night shift supervisor/manager Joshua abandoned TWICE helping with check out bags with 4 people behind me waiting in line and left the cashier alone to struggle. This guy is a joke and should not be a supervisor. Kudos to cashier Jeanette who was fantastic and worked her butt off to compensate for his laziness.

I don’t even know with what to begin!!!!
Yesterday I talked to employees and customers service employee if I can buy this card prepaid and pay bills
Yes yes you can do that
Next thing I know spending hours with insurance company and everything is ok only problem they do not expect that card I got from Kroger
I went to atm no money
I went back to Kroger and the lady was telling me she is the manager and she can’t do anything and gave me 75 cents
What in the world??
Oooo she also said go buy groceries
Can you imagine???
That is disgusting customer service I ever seen in my life
I left my card with 100 $ and 75 cents she gave me I don’t freaking know for what???

Horrible service. Do not order your pick up items here. I tried it twice, both times it took over an hour! They blamed it on their software. No excuses, if there was a problem, call me, text me, come out to my car. Instead you left me sitting there! I will NEVER place a pick up order here again! Awful experience! Waste of my time!! I could have gone inside & shopped quicker.
