Do not ever shop at this Kroger they will not take that cold item so if you got spoiled milk you're out of luck they don't care even though it says guarantee right on the package Call corporate let them know

Started to go to this store because they were the only store where I could find thin ribeye steak on stuck...I have being shopping there for a year and now it's being a month going and not finding the ribeye thin cut steak I used to get ...when I go to the meat department they refuse to make the cut I want . Today I asked for the thin cut ribeye steak again and the guy went inside and grabbed me a tray of it.....keeping the steaks inside the store and the racks empty won't generate any business guys and I am going to check Publix next time... I just got tired of coming home without the steak u guys used to have for me

I have been harassed every single time I go into this location, or followed. The workers that are there are disrespectful and that old Little lady has been a part of it in self checkout, but it isn't just her it is the whole store in general. Even the produce is bad. This location gives the Kroger name a bad one.

I like this place because it isn’t fake. It’s laid back cool with long- term caring about their jobs and doing the work required and safe so we can chow down properly. ✌️

Worse customer service in the grocery world. Came here for years with my family and I lost my bank card in there and literally went back in 5 mins later and the old lady with salt and pepper hair who helped me on the self checkout claimed she never helped me and told me to go to customer service when it was closed. Had zero regards for my displacement. Got a different outlook on the place now. Place has been going down hill for a while. Need to bring a foodlion in its place. Never has any employees working and hard to get in and out when you only have a few items. Self check out machines are faulty and always have to get help to get through a check out. Hope it gets better for us locals, but have low expectations on that note.

Don’t buy any of their protein on sale. I purchased a can of their organic vegetarian protein. IT IS COMPLETELY WASTED!!!! They keep giving me the ran around and have made different excuses to not return my money back. Still waiting!

I came in and purchased 2 of the 8 pieces of chicken. This was ABSOLUTELY the WORST chicken I have ever had! I called to make a complaint and the Assistant Manager was not nice about the situation at all. It was a waste of time and money! The chicken was bland, the grease was old and the batter was disgusting.. I will not be returning to this location for anything! The customer service is HORRIBLE as well.

This store as well as the Kroger company in general, has been steadily nose-diving the last few years. today was absolutely the most disgraceful experience. you had a line backed up halfway to the back of the store waiting for customer service. you had at least 15 employees at the registers.. half were doing absolutely nothing.. multiple times multiple times multiple people went to these employees asking for CS. The employee said the same thing customer service is closed , we don't have anyone we're too busy. then they would just stand there. several times some kind of line or front end supervisors walked into the customer service area to enter the locked door and refused to make any eye contact with at least 20 customers standing in line. maybe instead of diversity equity and inclusion training..kroger should train staff in customer service . in my opinion every single employee that is working at Kroger on East ridge today should be fired including Mr Pendleton the store manager who refused to respond to customers asking for him
