I have been harassed every single time I go into this location, or followed. The workers that are there are disrespectful and that old Little lady has been a part of it in self checkout, but it isn't just her it is the whole store in general. Even the produce is bad. This location gives the Kroger name a bad one.

I like this place because it isn’t fake. It’s laid back cool with long- term caring about their jobs and doing the work required and safe so we can chow down properly. ✌️

Worse customer service in the grocery world. Came here for years with my family and I lost my bank card in there and literally went back in 5 mins later and the old lady with salt and pepper hair who helped me on the self checkout claimed she never helped me and told me to go to customer service when it was closed. Had zero regards for my displacement. Got a different outlook on the place now. Place has been going down hill for a while. Need to bring a foodlion in its place. Never has any employees working and hard to get in and out when you only have a few items. Self check out machines are faulty and always have to get help to get through a check out. Hope it gets better for us locals, but have low expectations on that note.

Don’t buy any of their protein on sale. I purchased a can of their organic vegetarian protein. IT IS COMPLETELY WASTED!!!! They keep giving me the ran around and have made different excuses to not return my money back. Still waiting!

I came in and purchased 2 of the 8 pieces of chicken. This was ABSOLUTELY the WORST chicken I have ever had! I called to make a complaint and the Assistant Manager was not nice about the situation at all. It was a waste of time and money! The chicken was bland, the grease was old and the batter was disgusting.. I will not be returning to this location for anything! The customer service is HORRIBLE as well.

This store as well as the Kroger company in general, has been steadily nose-diving the last few years. today was absolutely the most disgraceful experience. you had a line backed up halfway to the back of the store waiting for customer service. you had at least 15 employees at the registers.. half were doing absolutely nothing.. multiple times multiple times multiple people went to these employees asking for CS. The employee said the same thing customer service is closed , we don't have anyone we're too busy. then they would just stand there. several times some kind of line or front end supervisors walked into the customer service area to enter the locked door and refused to make any eye contact with at least 20 customers standing in line. maybe instead of diversity equity and inclusion training..kroger should train staff in customer service . in my opinion every single employee that is working at Kroger on East ridge today should be fired including Mr Pendleton the store manager who refused to respond to customers asking for him

Every time I come to this store I check to see if Marge, yes that old white woman everyone here is complaining about, still works here. And for some reason she does ? Everytime I see her I leave and go to a different store or refuse to use self checkout. Im sick of her getting close to me atp Im about to call corporate. If yall dont reprimand her for how close, personal and weird she gets with customers you're gonna end up with some sort of lawsuit.

5 stars for Margie who works self checkout! I've been shopping here for a few years now and she's always helpful, friendly, and with a smile on her face. This Krogers National Treasure for SURE. She deserves a raise! With little kids shopping can sometimes feel like a chore, but she always puts a smile on my face!

Saw add fior blue berries on Google phone and at the store auto check out machine refused to give me the sale price. Ask.... disinterested reply do not know must be a 2 for 1 offer. Now who would want 12dollars worth of berries at one time.. pre sale orice,.........eg. next time l will walk in the other direction and get the dr request at cvs. There was one other it mis priced but I was in no mood Io buy any mis price items. Oh well what u do when there is a no lights problem. This one is 6 months history. This summer 2023 they always put the ice cream in paper bags and the rest in plastic bags. I ask why reply my boss says so. Well that is my wording. It was a good thing that I am 3 blocks away because the ice cream etc. Is soft because they fill the order shortly before the pickup time.

As with most Krogers these days this one never has anything you need and the staff isn’t very attentive. I’m currently waiting for over 30 minutes to get my pickup order while other customers come and go around me. I’m switching to Publix.

Worst service of my life. We had a pickup between 3 and 4 today that we placed yesterday. We leave to go pick it up and they say it won't be ready for another 30 minutes. That's fine so we plan to wait 30 minutes and now they are saying it won't be ready for at least another 2.5 hours. Then they call back and say it will be ready in 25 minutes. So what am I supposed to do?
