I having issues with the automated system so I was transferred then immediately put on hold for ten minutes before I hung up. I waited to call back at least an hr in which I was immediately put on hold again. The girl who answered was very rude for no apparent reason. It’s not always like this but it’s a shame anybody has to go to through this at anytime. Professionalism is always expected!

Switched from a pharmacy that shall not be named in Chesterfield to Lombardy Kroger Pharmacy and the relief I feel is wonderful.Previous pharmacy- I guess my experience with pharmacies has set a pretty low bar, so I was SHOCKED that a real human answered the phone after the first ring when I called Kroger. Wait- no 20 minute wait to horrible music with reminders of COVID vaccinations every 4.5 seconds … whaaaatt?? Every month, I would DREAD having to contact the previous pharmacy to request refills or check the status. I would actually have to clear time in my work schedule and block an hour to do so.KROGER (Lombardy) - All of my questions and needs were answered and addressed on the spot. I didn’t have to be told that they’ll call me back (to never get a call back) with answers. It was painless and I didn’t feel frustrated at all, which was a brand new experience for me!Dr. Watson and her crew raised the bar with how a pharmacy SHOULD run in less than a 5 minute phone call. I felt heard, was asked the right questions and was provided with instant solutions. Having a son who has asthma, the piece of mind that this momma has right now is priceless.Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve honestly never written a google review before, but i think it needs to be said that if you have important or life preserving medication you need refilled on time, don’t fill them here. The pharmacy seems to be understaffed, so the employees are already overworked and probably underpaid. They are usually very nice and clearly doing their best, but something is seriously up with task delegation.

Awful pharmacy. Never have prescriptions ready on time. Automatic machine says they’re ready and you arrive and they don’t even have the prescription in the system. Take their time and don’t care about the lines. Run to a different pharmacy.

This is the absolutely worst pharmacy experience I have ever had in 65 years of having pharmacy experiences. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to ANY other pharmacy.

They are ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS OUT OF BASIC ITEMS THAT I NEED!!Like a gallon of skim milk or coffee creamer. I mean , it is ridiculous! Why even stay open? Every other Kroger near me is excellent!!

The staff is very friendly, but my prescription is never on time. Why bother giving a precise time for pickup if you're never going to meet your self-imposed deadline? Extremely poor communication. They didn't even have my full script in stock. I received zero notification of this before arriving at the time I was instructed to.

Had prescriptions called in at 9AM on Saturday, (3/19/22) and 11am on Monday. (3/21/22) Went to pick them up at 6pm on Wednesday (3/23/22) and they said it would be until Thursday. (3/24/22)I have no idea what they're doing behind that counter that it takes 3+ days, but c'est la vie ?
