Sometimes quality is hit or miss, but the Short Pump location usually has some good stuff (some even with tags on) for much cheaper than your buy at your big retailer. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

I had a great customer service experience! I came to sell and purchase. The staff was very helpful and kind. The store was organized and the staff paid attention to all customers. Have shopped at all Kid To Kid locations and this is the best. I live on Hull st and will happily drive all the way to Broad!

Kids go through so many clothes! This is a great place to take lightly used clothing that doesn't fit them anymore and to find great deals on some play clothes

My daughter and I came in to donate some clothes and toys, and even tho the store was super busy the ladies working greeted us and were so nice and pleasant despite the rush. Just enjoy this store to the fullest I can never find fault here
