If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I know the hype of Kendra Scott. I own a handful of their jewelry. They have some beautiful timeless pieces. However, after my recent experience there, I just think I'll spend my money elsewhere. My sister and I came to the mall to purchase a gift card from there for a respective friend. We were running errands that day so we were dressed "down" in some athlesiure (Nike joggers, sneakers). There were two women in front of us that were White and dressed alright -- maybe more of the we're out shopping and having lunch wear compared to us, but mind you, no one was disheveled or anything. The ladies were attended to nicely from staff and given adequate help, and they left with nothing. No big deal, except that my sister and I browsed some jewelry and then went to purchase a gift card only to be treated rudely by the staff there. A staff sneered at us for our outfits and gave us a ripped bag, no box, no wrapping or anything and tried to rush us as we were purchasing. I don't know if it was racism or classism or what, but I was pretty offended and if I'm spending $200 at your store, the least you can do is be nice.

I love all things Kendra Scott but my favorite thing about Kendra Scott is that they offer 50% off a regular priced item during your birthday month, you're just required to show your ID. I went in today and was able to pick a necklace out for half the price. This mama loves a good deal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the store was well kept and clean. Highly recommend this location for all of your Kendra Scott needs.

This was a Christmas gift I bought for my wife. Terrible return policy. They never told us you couldn't return for a refund. Their response was it was on the receipt. Well it's kinda hard to read a receipt until it's purchased and at that point it's to late. They said we don't take return so that they can guarantee the quality of the product and they didn't want people returning something that's been wore. I completely understood where they were coming from. The necklace we decided to swap it out with they didn't have and offered us the display. I found that kinda comical because people try it on and that's no different than someone returning it, right? I brought that up and the girl was just standing there with a blank stare on her face. She didn't have a response. I will never buy something from this store again and urge people to do the same. My wife kinda liked the necklace she picked but didn't love it. That's why we wanted a refund. There wasn't anything in the store that she absolutely wanted. So we wanted to get a return and find something at a different store.
