I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first car. The process was stress-free and pleasant. The salesman I had was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs at that time. I received my title in a timely fashion. His communication with me was great. He answered all my questions I had regarding the process, which made it much smoother than what I thought it would be.I would recommend.

Terrible service would not recommend going here for a car. So I went to look at a Nissan upon looking at it seemed fine in the test drive and so I bought it. Not even 10 minutes after I left the car dealership the service engine soon light came on I started to turn around and go back right then but I figured I'd take it to my sisters and have it checked out by a mechanic in the morning which I did and they gave me paperwork stating that it was going to require $5,000 worth of repairs in order to be in the condition that they had lied and told me it was already in. So I went back to the dealership and I showed them the paperwork from AAA in Williamsburg Virginia stating all the work that needed to be done to it and they told me there was no way that the repairs that it said need it done need it done and so anyways I told them I would just like my money back at which point they refused to take the car that they claimed nothing was wrong with it and just returned my money so I ended up keeping it they gave me 30-day tag a 30-day tags expired and I still haven't gotten a title I contacted them they claimed they sent me a new 30-day tag a week and a half went by and so I contacted them again they claimed they would resend them another week and a half went by so I contacted them again and told them this is ridiculous at which point I then went to the post office and demanded they send me a tracking number and they sent me a tracking number did it for the same day that I demand that they send it to me hours after I asked for it so hopefully the title is going to come soon and they haven't sold me a car they don't have one for him either way it was a terrible experience I would not recommend it to
