5 stars:1. Paid top dollar. Needed to liquidate sterling flatware for estate. Kambourian paid 60% more than the pawn shop offered.2. Friendly, efficient and quick transaction.3. Beautiful location - the building is a treat to walk into.4. Will be my go to if I need this service again.

Wow, what a really great experience!! First I love the building they're located in, right on monument avenue inside The Branch Museum which the architecture is beautiful, I've actually never been inside and it's amazing I really want to come back and check out the exhibits. Anywho they're located up on the second floor, one of the gentlemen can down to greet me and take me to the office, which was cool I felt like I was important with an escort hahaha! The whole process was quick and seamless, all the guys here were so friendly and professional, and you can tell they are all knowledgeable about jewelry and there's no "shady pawn shop guy vibes". I highly recommend if you're interested in selling jewelry, I got a really good deal and I'm glad I did my research and found Kambourian!

I went to Kambourian Jewelers to buy an engagement ring and Nathan Kambourian was extremely helpful. Before this process I had no idea about rings. When I told him my story and budget range he picked a diamond that was shipped in from New York that he envisioned as a best fit. The diamond was perfectly shaped and very eye catching in a dimmed room so I knew that was the one. Also he gave me advice of the pros and cons of different ring designs from what's in fashion and what types would require the most maintenance. We opted for a less maintenance, solitaire design and put the extra funds into a higher quality center stone. Lastly, Nathan was able set the ring and the price I paid was definitely at a greater value compared to any other large department jeweler after doing some online research. With the ring Nathan included the diamond's GIA certification. I highly recommend using Kambourian Jewelers

Great place to buy or sell any unwanted jewelry, great communication and very reasonable prices. Don’t try anywhere else I’m telling you from experience if you don’t want to waste your time. Wish that this was my first shop that I went too but that’s not the case. Owner was very nice and honest which is hard to find in this business.

Haig is very friendly yet professional. He made an offer for my sterling and said it was good for several days…..there was no pressure to sell immediately. Doing my due diligence I took my sterling to another jeweler/buyer and their offer was $200. less than the offer from Kambourian. My overall experience was excellent, and I’ll be taking my silver plate pieces there in the very near future.

I had a large volume of silver from a family estate. We had good conversation, and they were very transparent about pricing. I got a great price for my Sterling and they also paid me for a pile of other silver-plated goods. By mistake, I had left some Sterling in the plated pile, and they actually reached out to me after I left to pay for it! I was blown away by that integrity. I would highly recommend Kambourian.

I brought in some jewelry to have appraised and possibly sell. Haig was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and down to earth. Based on our conversation I decided to hold off on selling my pieces; when I'm ready to sell, I'll definitely be coming back to Kambourian.Fyi: The office is on the second floor of The Branch Museum, which made it an even more pleasant visit (versus a typical storefront).

Haig Kambourian is FANTASTIC. I highly recommend going to him to sell precious stones, metals, or costume jewelry.I went to Kambourian Jewelers to sell some jewelry, and Haig was honest, transparent, friendly, and gave an offer that I trusted was strong. I didn't know that some of the jewelry I was selling from my late mom had diamonds or high quality gold, and he told me what was what, what he would offer me, and why, citing wholesale prices for similar stones and metals. He helped me understand his offer, and I left his office with more money than I expected and with a pleasant and comfortable experience.

A friend recommended this place to me after being low balled all over town. They paid me roughly 95% for some old beat up one ounce gold bars. I sold silver bullion over the spot price. I felt comfortable in selling my numismatic coins because the owner looked them up in books and showed me the price. He did not put my collectable coins on a scale and offer me melt prices. Very straight forward experience and they buy on a very small profit margin compared to everyone else who offered half what my collection was worth.

Very easy transaction, I sold a diamond to Haig, I should have taken the offer the same day. He could tell I was unsure and insisted I get quotes from other buyers. For peace of mind I did and his offer was nearly double. Their office is hard to find, I wondered around looking for a store for 30 minutes. That said the inconvenience was worth being treated fairly. I highly recommend selling to Kambourians.
