This company is AMAZING! I live in College Station, TX and couldn't find a good quality/affordable t-ball trophy. Came across your site and took a chance. I'm SO impressed! The team trophies are beautiful and K2 Awards took extra care in wrapping each trophy individually. I had one trophy that had a little rust mark on the bottom and their company representative immediately apologized and rushed me a new one before our team party. Y'ALL ARE THE REAL MVPS!

I am a High School Football Coach in New Jersey. I have always used K2 awards for our players. They have and are always been the best!!! This year I waited too long to order. When my awards arrived I had an issue with some of the painting. My awards banquet was a week away. I spoke to Brandon first and then his supervisor Tyler. Two very cool, very professional individuals. They were sooo good and took care of my issue and corrected the issue that day. Will always get my awards from K2. They do really care that you are satisfied with their product. Great company! Thank you Brandon and Tyler. Very much appreciate your help

I can't say enough how incredible this company is, from great prices to the best customer service imaginable. I am a high school coach and I have purchased trophies from K2Awards the last three years. Their pricing is amazing, fast shipping, and beyond helpful and accommodating! They are the ONLY company you should get awards from! I highly recommend!!

I have to give a big shout out to K2 Awards and their customer service.
I created plaques for a sporting event and used the "duplicate" tool to create 5 copies with different player's names and different titles for awards. I ordered and skipped the verification from the design specialist because I was pretty confident after looking at my previews.
Fast forward a few days. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the titles all said the same thing! Everything said "Offensive Player of the Year". I immediately contacted customer service and chatted with them. We discussed back and forth, and I included screenshots of my design/review that I saw but was not the design that they saw on their end. The manager offered a free replacement with little to no hassle, and here I am a few days later writing a review for them.
TLDR: Order got messed up for whatever reason. Customer service and manager were amazing. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great company. Been ordering school rewards for them for a few years after switching from another company who made it difficult for schools to order. I had a small issue with an order this year and they handled it extremely quick and I believe I had the replacement the next day. It is great to see such a responsive company!

Wow! The custom tumblers I ordered far exceeded my expectations, not just the final product but delivery and packaging as well.
I placed an order on a Wednesday and they were delivered by Friday, though the quoted date for standard shipping was 2 weeks out.
Because the package arrived earlier than anticipated, on a day when I was out of town (even though I had the UPS tracking info), it sat on my doorstep for an extra day in the rain. I was a bit worried that the rain might affect the look of the tumblers, but the extra care taken in packing them prevented moisture seeping in.
Lastly, upon opening the box, I was blown away by the craftsmanship of the product. The quality of the tumbler is better than I expected, and the etched custom engraving is expert level. All of this for an affordable price! I ordered them for students, but wish I got one for myself because I love them so much!

The two websites made things quite confusing. One specializes in heat transfers on shirts, while the other focuses on only shirts and no other products. It cost almost another $200 because "I ordered from the wrong website," even though it is the same company. I would consider not having two websites to avoid confusion.

I have purchased several plaques from K2 and just purchased 125 custom engraved beverage glasses. The customer service is excellent and the delivery is very prompt, always arriving well before my requested delivery date. There prices are reasonable and the free engraving is a bonus!

We made a mistake on our end and I cannot thank K2Awards enough for their outstanding customer service and willingness to help us out at the last minute. The trophies were wonderful quality and fairly priced. While they absolutely did not have to, I cannot thank them enough for going out of their way to help us and ultimately save the day!

I have and continue to use K2 Awards for both trophies and apparel and they are very easy to work with, quick and are excellent quality. They have a variety of brands they work with so you can find pretty much anything. I highly recommend using them.
