Ok let me just say I thought this place was a bougie salon but I was surprised to know this business was black owned and they mean business here. I got my first ever hair chop from lafonia the owner and let me tell you she slayed to the gods hunny and she did it so effortlessly.**update** so I experienced a different service on other occasions and I don't want to knock down a black owned business cause we have it hard as it is. But! It is what it is! the service declined and I was really disappointed every thing u would think of a black salon was happening unfortunately I have moved on to a more available and more professional person who is also black owned by the way no tea no shade but that's my honest review...Try uptown designs in regency malls They're all awesome in there.

Visited K Dari recently. The staff is friendly, and the place has a relaxing vibe. A shoutout to Janete for the fantastic haircut. Will definitely be returning!

First time I took my daughter here was wonderful. This time I had an appointment scheduled and received a confirmation text the day before. Much to my surprise, they were closed. This was for my daughter's senior picture day!! I'm truly appalled at this terrible customer service.

Thank you Mrs. Janete for making my birthday special.She took the time to evaluate my hair and gave me options on what we could do to make my hair healthier. You can tell she has such a big heart.I didn't come in to cut my hair but through communication, I trusted her in what needed to be done. This was my 1st time going and I already booked another appointment.Thank you so much. ?

I booked an appointment that showed received and was contacted by text to change the time. I responded that I could make the change and waited for confirmation of a new time. No call or text followed. So I never actually got the opportunity to go to K Dari Salon.

Janette and Monet are amazing!!! Monet does my daughters hair which is naturally curly and very long. Her blowouts always look great!!! Janette manages my short naturally curly hair with ease!! The hydration treatment she uses makes my hair feel like silk.

The price posted on the booking website for high lights was one thing but after services rendered I was charged double. Also I was charged a sales tax and I did not purchase anything. If I were told the price before I received the service, I would have gone somewhere else. I suggest anyone who go to this salon, ask for the price before they start anything. I do no recommend.

I have been coming to this salon since I moved from New York in 2015 and I absolutely love the atmosphere, the customer service that’s given and the love for healthy hair.
