Took a package to be mailed on November 20 2023. I mailed it just as is as it was already in a Box. Tracking showed it NEVER leaving the building & going onto the UPS truck as per UPS driver.I'm believing it was STOLEN from this gift shop. I'm SO DISGUSTED to think that someone could just take my package and take it home with them. I've made a claim and STILL nothing with UPS showing it was ever picked up from this location. It was a Christmas gift to my daughter. I will never use this location ever again. Never had an issue with this Gift shop before. Theyve always been very nice. But this is HIGHLY unexpectable.. ???

"DO NOT TRUST" this store to ship your packages through UPS!!!!! Yes, they are a UPS shipping store, but for some reason, the packages never get picked up. Recently, my mother-in-law shipped a large Christmas package, well before Thanksgiving, to the family, including gifts for all her great grandchildren, one being Autistic. The tracking shows that it never left the store!!! The store owner has no way of proving that the package left the store. He does not care. He says packages get lost all the time with UPS, that's why they have a claim service. He said to put a claim in with UPS and they will reimburse her. Well, that is fine and dandy, but that does not replace the items she shipped that included family heirloom ornaments to photo albums. She may be able to replace the expensive toys, like a flying drone and Legos or the clothes, if and when she gets the money for her claim. And this does not reimburse her time and effort of putting all of it together. The owner stated, he gets well higher quality and expensive items that come through his store to get shipped. (Now, how would he know this?!?! You're not asked what's in the package that being shipped!!) Then he stated, if there was an issue with his store, UPS would do something about it. It's not a UPS problem when the shipping store has no proof of picking up the item and the tracking shows it never left the store!!!! I think there is something shady going on at this location and it needs to be investigated!

Do not use this location for UPS drop off or shipping. Location conveniently loses packages before UPS can pick them up. If you confront them about it they just say put in a claim and UPS will pay for it. If you look at the tracking number that we have from them on the receipt the package never left the store. They took advantage of an older couple shipping packages to their great-grandchildren. If I could leave zero Stars I would. Please look at other reviews this is not the first time. Very bad practice especially around Christmas

Reserved a Uhaul for lockbox pick up on a Sunday. This place failed to set up the lockbox and is closed on Sundays. We're supposed to be moving today. To call this an inconvenience would be a vast understatement.

I love going here to return any type of packages! They are professional and fast! I also just recently moved and I rented my Uhaul from them. Pickup was fast and they have a key drop-off which was convenient as well. They are also Black owned which is a plus!! Support, support, support!!

I had good visits in the past until today. The sign says open and I can see someone inside but the door is locked at 11:45 AM. At least in the past there was an out to lunch sign or something lettting you know when to come back but there wasn't today.

Not a good business deal. Over priced and the attendants / owners change agreements at the time of pay. Not satisfied and feel the ordeal was done dishonestly.
