Ray was on time, communicated thoroughly and did exactly what he said he was going to do. We had a agreement and he stuck to it. Got rid of my junk car with no hassle. Thanks Ray! And the tow truck driver was cool and easy to interact with. I recommend if needed.

Russell was very nice and explained everything very well on the phone about selling my junk car.He was very accommodating as i was not located where the vehicle had died, and they had to work around my availability. The driver came to get my vehicle as requested, on time and very pleasant. The whole thing was easy and professional. 10/10 would use again!

Fortunately, I called this company by accident while calling a list of tow companies in Richmond Virginia looking for a missing rental car. After informing me that his company is a different type of company, he took the time to give me some well needed information to help track down the vehicle. I received more valuable information from him in a matter of a few minutes than I had gotten from any of the other tow companies after over an hour and a half of calling places.

Called this guy a while back about coming to get an old truck and he lambasted me because I suggested that I would text him my location. He accused me of being a teenage girl who sat around texting all day. One of the wildest customer service experiences I've had. Very memorable!

This company says they pay top dollar for junk cars with no title needed. I have the title and was looking to junk a car that isn't worth repairing. This place kept giving me the runaround and tried to get the car for free. Don't do business with this company. Shady as can be.

I called just to get general information about recycling my vehicle today and this man went all through the hoops of aggressively telling me that he hopes I’m not trying to use the money to get another vehicle etc and some other bs . Very weird and rude

We needed a tow for my son's car, which was making a weird noise. I called R&R Towing and the call was answered immediately. I was told I would receive a call back in 5 minutes, which I did, and within 10 minutes the tow truck was on its way. Excellent customer service and follow-through!
