Gary and Terry were absolutely amazing in helping me with an online order! I accidentally had an item sent to the wrong store that was an hour away from me. They were able to cancel and reorder the item to have it sent to a store near me. They made the process quick and were extremely professional. Thank you again!

I just left the JCP make-up department… What a fun experience! I had some very odd requests because of Halloween. Morgan was so nice and than able to solve my challenges. We laughed and she gave great instruction. I needed instruction! This is the way to do retail. Love it! I will be back!I am an ex associate (30 years in Texas at the home office). Morgan didn’t know this until near the end of our conversation. She was kind and informative during the entire ‘transaction’, helping me find the best product for the best price. We even found items on clearance. Yes!!! This is the first time I have actually been into the new make up area in JCPenney. I am impressed and will be back for more fun soon!

They have Really fell off. The merchandise selection is small, prices are too high and some of the employees are not pleasant. The young guy in returns was very nice and the manager Mr. Terry was sweet and helpful. He quickly responded to my survey and fixed the problem.

I have been calling this store for the last week and no one has answered, except for the salon and they had no idea how to get in touch with Customer Service. I have no way of getting in touch with Customer Service or the Pickup Department. I have even reached out to the JCPenney Customer Service number, and they were no help as well.

The store had very few options.I found a pair of shoes to wear and the price said $49.99 but when I went to checkout the lady said it was $59.00.? I told her what the price said and all the same shoes were right under that price. She went to check and still charged me $59.If I didn't need those shoes right then I would have left them. Because I have worked in sales and if it's marked a certain price, that should be the price it is.I was going to purchase some other things but after that I changed my mind. And so did all the other women that were with.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN JCPENNEY'S!!!??

I love me some JCP even though this location is smaller than the Chesterfield location. The fall clothes are nice, the store is clean, the staff friendly!

I like JC Penny BUT they do need to bring in updated styles to the Women's Dept....the styles that are there in the Women's Dept have no style, no flare, no excitement! Need to bring in some younger store shoppers to give the Women's Dept a boost, a much needed uplift! The styles are bland and from the 40's and 50's.. Today's moms, grandma's and Plus size women are nothing like the ones from the 40's and 50's...that dept has not caught up with times and how we dress and feel about ourselves now...Just some food for thought!

I had an event where I needed a plain white polo with no logo and realized a few hours before that I didn’t have one. Bridget and Chris were so friendly and helpful and were able to quickly find me what I needed. Thank you!

Not enough cashiers or employees on the floor or up front. 3 out of 6 registers were open only. The cashier made the difference or it would've been 2 stars.
