J Sargeant Reynolds has gown. Going in to register for one class and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need or where to get the answers, without running throughout the building. Security is there to assist with a smile as well. I like the atmosphere.

It has been modernized and it definitely fulfills its role as an alternate pathway to improve your education at a lower cost, compared to the neighboring VCU and VUU.

Not a lot of parking. Staff not as friendly as at the Parham Road Campus.

Always loved Reynolds. I went there and went to enroll my daughter in fall classes. Minimum staff but everyone was so helpful, kind and caring. As soon as we walked in were greeted with smiling faces. Even the parking attendant was helpful and kind

I'm currently enrolled here and from the time I walked in the first day it was a pleasant experience. My first encounter was with Mr. James Brown, super helpful, friendly, professional, great guy. The bookstore was run by Melissa, another amazing person. She took care of the entire process from books to ordering my computer. Another 5 star experience. And my Veterans Rep., Mr. Elliot Ronan is another amazing staff member. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and gets things done. I was honored to have him on my team. Amazing job ladies and gentlemen. Amazing. And thank you.

Don't send your kids here. If you're poor and trying to better your life, don't go here. Financial aid will hold your money, and keep telling you that itll be there 10-14 days and it never comes. They lie. They cheat. My professors even suggested taking most of my classes at brightpoint because their staff is better. OVERALL DON'T ENROLL HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Larry was ABSOLUTELY the rudest person. I had an issue with my access code. I wanted to know if it was refundable. That is ALL i asked for, but to Larry it seemed like I was asking too much. When I told him, his reaction was unacceptable. Gasping and stuttering in the most rudest ways, telling me that even if I were to get a refund it would just be the same thing. He jumped a little too far ahead of himself acting like a fool. All i wanted was some RESPECTFUL NON SARCASTIC HELP, but Larry couldnt offer that as he was talking to me like I was in pre-k… My issue was that the PIN that was provided to me on my receipt wasnt working, defective, or printed wrong. He of course barely walked me through the steps as he had such criticism to add every step. This was only a phone call … maybe 5 minutes. I cant imagine how he would act in person.. And over an access code? After all that trouble I still wasn’t helped. Absolutely unprofessional. After the fact that he was giving me an attitude from hell, I just told him that I will just come up to the bookstore myself & he goes to say WITH AN ATTITUDE “go ahead Im just not trying to waste your time”. I wish I had recorded this conversation. I wasn’t expecting a grown person to be so rude to a student asking for help. I had to call the downtown bookstore as they were much more helpful. My experience with a person who I never met couldn’t of gone much worse. Please just order your access codes online to save yourself from the hassle.
